"I agree although the most food that we could get is from the river with the fish. Depending on what the weather wants to do I won't send hunters out to die of starvation and from the cold just to try and snag a rabbit. When the winter gets harsher that's when I wouldn't allow other leave. We don't need good wolves dying." Paint said then looked back at the fire,"There isn't much more we could do about this but splatter water everywhere." she let out a small bark before stepping back from them and shaking out her pelt that puffed into a smoke looking ash then took her place back beside the two.

Star nodded. "Well if the temperature get's too cold, we could always send the pyromancers or wolves that wield fire with the hunting parties to keep them warm...right?" she asked. It wasn't such a great idea but at least it was something in a way to get food.

[Lightning Farron]

Echo padded up to camp and herd Star's idea. "Yeah, I'd be willing to try that. " He looked at Chess. "Chess isn't affected by the snow or cold, she would be good for the longer patrols."
Chess nodded and looked at Paint.

"I know but I'm just not one to take chances like that, theres still that need for food." Paint let out a small huff,"If there's enough desperation we could always try and team up on a lynx or steal some cubs that aren't too far out as well."

"Oh...well then," Star looked at the roaring flames and then flitted her eyes at the falling snowflakes, sighing.
