Splash woke up and stretched, it was early morning, the sun was coming up, yet it was already warm, he looked around the den, he saw Ember, his one true love, sleeping peacefully, he walked over to her and gave her a light nudge, "Wake up, my beauty." He said, softly.

Blossom was already awake, she was in her den, light was filtering in through the entrance, shining on where she was carefully sorting through the collection of herbs she had. She discarded the unusable ones and put the newer ones back on the shelves, she made note of which herbs she was running out of.

" I'm doing good today, how are you?" she asked back. She was just getting up.
