She nodded. "That's good. Let's go to my cave now, it's getting darker."

Adrina roared back, shooting a billowing column of fire out of her jaws at the source of the scream.

Zark nodded, looking up at the sky. "Alright..."

Her cave wasn't far and was easy to spot. She landed in front of it and moved aside for Zark.

Goldenscale went back at fighting against the creature to make sure that it didn't have any time to react. This creature made her angry and hurt her friend, so she wasn't going to let up on it.

Adrina roared again, slashing at the the screaming creature.

Zark landed after a couple of flaps to slow him down, settling down and folding his wings against his back.

The creature suddenly disappeared

Adrina's claws slashed at nothing, and instead crashed into the cave again, this time collapsing on the ground, unconscious.

Goldenscale whimpered and went over, gently picking her up and flying back to Adrina's cave carefully.

Adrina whined softly, opening her eyes as they flew. "W...Why does it feel like I took on the Sand Vipers again..."
