Her head shot up in alarm. The spines on her back began to rise and she bore her teeth in a silent snarl. Suddenly, an arrow shot out from behind Zark. Noviss, having not seen the arrow, wailed in pain as it tore through her neck.

Nyx landed beside him and saw the two eggs. She hissed as an arrow was shot.

Nyx ran to Noviss. "Noviss, what happened?"

Noviss snarled at Nyx, blood pouring out of the wound

Nyx saw the wound and didn't care if Noviss snarled at her. She pulled out the arrow (it was an arrow right?) And put Marigold in it. "This will stop infection." She told her and put cobwebs over it. "This will stop the bleeding."
