Nyx ran to the food and quickly started eating, in the light you could see her ribs were showing and there were scratch marks all over her.

[AyanaN]

Xarkanadushak's (Zark's) eyes widened. "What in the world happened to you?" he asked, askance.

[fish sticks]

Nyx looked at him. "I've been kicked out of my own cave many more times than you can count.

[AyanaN]

Zark tilted his head to the side. "But ... why? Why would they kick such a beautiful dragon such as yourself out of your own cave?"

[fish sticks]

Nyx blushed, and shrugged. She started eating again. "Thats why I wonder around alot. I pass into other dragons territorys and almost get killed for it."

[AyanaN]

Zark would shake his head. "Any sensible dragon would invite you into their cave like i have..." he growled softly. "Don't worry, you're welcome to come and go from my cave as long as you like."

[fish sticks]

Nyx smiled. "Thanks." She said and layed down.

[AyanaN]

Zark smiled and laid down as well, a dome of light beginning to form around his body as he went to sleep.

[fish sticks]

Nyx layed in the dark corner of the den. Small, blue flames rose out of her nose as she slept.

[AyanaN]

The light grew brighter, and it seemed as if Zark's body was absorbing the light created by the dome.
