Innera sat a few paces away from the rest of her pack. Her fur bristled as she listened to Koput's accusing tone and she felt there would be no avoiding the fight that seemed so imminent now.
Inuit's ear flicked as he listened to the quarrelsome wolves. It would be a lie to say that he didn't find the matter a bit vexing. Both belligerents risking their pack mates lives over something so insignificant just didn't appeal to his fancy, at least to Inuit. But it also would be a lie to say that he didn't find the thought of a battle at least a bit enticing.
