Scinate was born in the water and his mother died a few hours later after a female promised her to take care of the pup. So she did and he grew up till a beautifull adult. The female cared for him and teached him everything he needed to know to survive on his own. She died when he was three, and he wandered away from the grounds he had been born. He came across Koitan Pack and watched it for a while as he developed a crush on Snowy. He joined as an Omega, in the hope he would be with Snowy one day.
