Luan felt like something bad happened, she felt it in her gut. She scratched her father and took off in the air. "Traveler! Run! I will meet you later!" She nodded and flew to where Dawn was, she gasped as she saw the rocks.

(Wait, i am confused, Luan just went to try and help Dawn, i thought they COULD have gut feelings.. :-/ I am eally confused and Music, i thought we had a plan... :'-( I am so confused! I didn't mean to be Mary-sue-ish and i don't even know how i did... D:)(I'm sad now..)

I was thinking, (remember after the hurricane all the magic was taken)I don't know, an angel, comes, and says something like:
"Some wolves have been dabbling in magic they can't control. Let it be how it should.
Then:
1: Every drop of magic is drained from every wolf.
2: Each wolf has a 'talent' and they are able to do some little things magically that aid them in it.
3: The pack has to share its leadership, and manage the grim-reaper power as one.
4: When a wolf matures, or 'proves itself', an elemental spirit that represents them best comes to them, and they can choose to accept its offer or decline. Should they accept, they will get stronger powers, but will be obliged ((literally, they are bound by a spell)) to use them to aid the pack first and foremost. Their looks may change dramatically, or may not, but their personality remains unchanged.
5: Every elemental wolf will be required to attend a weekly/monthly? meeting to discuss pack affairs etc.
6: Mature, non-elemental wolves may attend, but are not required to. They are not looked upon as inferior, but wise, for declining the powers.

With great power, comes great responsibility.
