Night rolled her eyes. "As if there will be orders. I’ve seen no sign of orders yet, and I’ll be surprised if we get any before noon," She muttered, for come to think of it, she’d not even seen a glimpse of their Alpha.

The sweet but sometimes shy tan female looked up as she heard her crush. "Hello Cyclone," she said with a sweet smile, then sighed as she yawned again.

The playful but nervous trainee yipped and looked around a moment. He wagged his tail as he saw a bug zipping by on tiny wings. The cute silver male moved to follow it, and tilted his head. Black ears and a pink and black nose twitched a bit as he followed.

The gentle but stubborn tan female made a small sound, shaking her head some. She flicked her tail as she looked to Kai then to Karter. She said "I just picked a number, a number that will probably be good. Now, I'm counting in my head, so I need you boys to be quiet."

The gentle and silly male wagged his tail as he went to the prey pile. He yawned a bit, then shook his head. He twitched his ears a moment. Blue eyes landed on a squirrel, and he took it.

The loyal but willful male shook out his pure brown coat of fur, then blue eyes watched them. He nodded as he said "Okay.” He flicked his tail as he then fell silent. She'd told them to be.

The sweet but shy pretty she wolf flicked her black tail. She made a small sound, black ears twitching, as she looked up. "You know, Kitsune...you’re really nice to talk to. Did you know that?” she asked her, head tilted as she looked at her.

The pretty black male turned golden eyes to his crush, and sighed a bit. He nodded to him, saying "I just hope they can figure it out.." He then looked down, before looking back up and sighing. "I don't know how to hunt, no, I was trained to help care for pups."

The sweet and stubborn female twitched golden ears and a black nose. She shook her head, and tried to think on what he was asking. "Sometimes I would feel sick, but not for the past week or so, no. I...There's no way I could have been pregnant and lost the pups, right?"

A small smile came to Karter's face as the she-wolf requested silence. He reached over and gently licked her cheek. "Okay. Count all you want," He agreed. While she did...whatever she was doing, Karter sat down, tail lay neatly beside his paws as he scanned the forest, pricking his ears. He was here to protect. Even if they were pausing for a moment, his senses and his need to protect didn’t go on break, unfortunately.

The thought of it chilled Uciel to the bone. Certainly, he’d never seen Lightning spend much time with a male outside of her brother, but it wasn’t impossible she’d at some time taken a mate and carried Pups. If she had... "If it’s only been a week, it’s hard to tell. It’s entirely possible there was a miscarriage. How far along do you think you were?" He asked. If it had only been a couple weeks, symptoms could come and go. Anything beyond that...

"Th-That's okay! That's an important job, after all, right?" Xavier pointed out, brightening. "If you’re helping the den mothers take care of the Pups, then the Pups have the best possible care in the Pack!" The small black Trainee decided. Did he believe it? Yes. The mothers would do anything and everything in their power, he knew, to take care of their young, and Thunder seemed gentle and hard working in his job. He could surely help greatly.

Kassandra emerged from the Hunter den, stopping just outside to pause and groom back her sleek black pelt. Her fur needed to be smooth and sleek as always, and perhaps taking pride in her own beauty was vain, but she was not blind to it, and yes, she quite enjoyed flaunting it. The lithe she-wolf finally stood, content with her appearance, her black fur smoothed back, not a hair out of place.

Kass stood up and headed for the prey pile, which was running scarily low. Had a hunting party gone out? She couldn’t see three of the other Hunters. Well hopefully they went off. Will it even be beneficial if I do a solo hunt, or should I wait until they return, and hope for good news? She wondered. Perhaps a Captain or Commander could tell her the best course of action.
