Aura|Male|Night|Healer|Tagging: Atlas|
Aura stretched, yawning. The sun was just beginning to peek out through the trees, blinding him. He glanced over at Atlas and quickly looked away, his heart pounding. Was he awake? Did he know? Aura was pretty sure he didn't, because he was pretty oblivious most of the time. But Aura admired his endless concentration on his work. No one was as studious and determined as Atlas.
He started staring again and had to stop himself. What if he wakes up? Stop staring, you idiot!
|Vienna|Female|Day|Hunter|Tags: Open|
Vienna had been awake the entire night. She didn't like sleeping. Ever since Night had declared war on Day, she had been on edge. There wasn't a need for fighting. The two packs had worked together well enough for years and years. But something must have changed. Something had gone wrong.
She wanted to talk to the alpha about this, but she wasn't sure how she would respond. Smoke seemed a little unstable, like she would gladly kill Vienna if provoked.
Vienna sighed. She should probably talk to the other wolves first, probably her fellow hunters. Later, though. For now she just needed to get outside. She padded out of the cave and headed into the woods.
|The Final Awakening|It/Its|Night|Warrior|Tagging:Open|
Final was getting hungry for battle.
It had been delighted when the two packs began their conflict. All it wanted was some good, old fighting.
It had just spent the morning walking in circles around the territory, pouncing on random small animals who might have made the mistake of wandering by. It was trying to get more bloodstains on its fur, sort of like a collection. That one from when a stag gored it(Atlas had to spend the entire day healing it, while Aura went for a "relaxing walk", that one from when it got attacked by a heron, that one from when it tripped and bashed its face open on a rock(multiple concussions, further damaging its already destroyed brain), and on and on. Final's fur used to be white, but then it gave up on washing, and avoided swimming at all costs. so gradually, Final's fur got redder and redder, leaving only a few dingy, matted creamed-colored patches here and there.
Final decided it was probably time to go back, after circling around the territory 57 times.
|Crown|Male|Night|Hunter|Tagging: The Final Awakening|
Crown hadn't been able to sleep.
Final shared a cave with him, which he hated more than anything. There was nothing worse than having to listen to it pace around the cave all night long, EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. He wasn't sure if it ever slept.
And of course it thought that he slept through it, too. Oh, he pretended to, but it was impossible. And the smell. Final REEKED! Like a scent that wasn't even realistic. It made his head spin and his stomach clench. He was sick and tired of having this stupid, insane wolf for a cave partner.
Finally, in the morning, it left to wander around the territory, a favorite delusional pastime of its. Crown was able to nap until the sun was too high.
But he was determined to make today a good day. Maybe he could visit Lorr! Or...
He gasped, struck by a sudden idea, and raced off.
