September 10th, 1945. The war has been defeated, but tension is still high on the run. With no real winner on the podium, everyone is still on the hunt; it's cat versus mouse, but nobody seems to know who is what. The Tessarkes, loosely named after a German word for power, believe they're the cat, and they aren't here to play. Only ten days after World War 2 ended, the Tessarkes bombed the building owned by the Spectrals, their ongoing enemy, determined to claim their victorious title once and for all.
Only, things didn't go as planned. When the bombing occurred, it sent the groups into an odd coma-like scenario, which would eventually lead to infinite times of war.
October 2nd, 2052: a time of technological advances. Although the wars have been long gone, the Tessarkes are still on the go. Both groups are awake and ready to take on life yet again. So, decades later, the hunt continues. With the help of technology, the two groups are stronger than ever and are ready to go against one other face-to-face once more. The prize? A hidden gem thought to hold enough power to control time and the ways of life on whichever planet it is taken to. This time around, however, it seems powers contradict one another. Will there ever be a mutual agreement, or will war strike yet again as the fight for the Hidden Gem continues?
SUMMARY: the Tessarkes & the Spectrals will play antagonist vs. protagonist. While the Tessarkes are here to cause destruction (anything they can do to get their hands on the gem), the Spectrals are attempting to clean up after them & find the gem before the Tessarkes do too much damage. Both groups have been given supernatural/unhuman-like abilities by scientists & doctors because they were test subjects up until about a month ago. The modern world is still very new to them.
