Ravi snapped his head up at the question, his tail becoming visible again as it swished in thought, or maybe agitation, it was hard to tell to be honest. The boys eyes gone wide for a moment but he relaxed and coughed, "Y-yea, everything fine." He said as he continued to eat, "This is as good as always, wanna try some? " The smaller offered some of his squid.

Texas watched with a raised eyebrow, knowing what was most likely going on, he spent a lot of time picking fights with people like Trixter when he was younger, "Impressive" The male spoke sarcastically as he then turned his attention to Cerise who was now gripping his arm, "He's fine, he's one of the sword eater." Texas informed the smaller to try and make sure he wouldn't freak out even more.

Trixter - Male - Hyena Demon - The Cutting Edge - Cerise, Texas

The hyena began cackling and picked up a paw. The laughter continued as he shifted into a human again, sat on his bum with a hand over his stomach. When laughter finally subsided, he spoke, "Ah, you should've seen the look on your face!" With another little giggle, the sword was picked from the ground and slipped down Trixter's throat once more.

Still concerned, Harley just nodded in acceptance. If something was wrong, then surely he'd be told? Either way, he didn't want to annoy Ravi by asking even more questions and potentially prying, so he went quiet as he kept eating.
When Ravi offered some of his food, Harley was a little hesitant. "Are you sure? If you don't mind, then... I guess a little bit." the sushi he had was excellent, so he had to be sure that the rest of the food would be of the same standard, but it was Ravi's food.

"S-Sword... eater? You mean they work here?!" The idea that he shared a workplace with someone like that... then again 90% of the carnival were oddities. Cerise shifted to cling to Texas more, glaring at the now-human Hyena laughing like its the end of the world. Flinching and covering his eyes when he had begun to swallow the sword again. "That wasn't very nice!" Cerise was tearing up again..

Perip // 19 // Male // Regular Demon // Mythical Oddities // Tags;; Indigo

Perip cringed at the scream and had to cover one of his ears. That was the typical response to fluffy after all, even the Wyrm moved backwards suddenly and shifted backwards at Indigo's loud noise. He and Perip were the only ones to really react to Indigo though, and before Perip could really stop them, a red and black bat-like creature swooped down and landed on Indigo's head.

The creature began screeching at Fluffy furiously and seemed to be in a protective stance despite its size. Perip shushed the bat as best he could and quickly attempted to get it off Indigo before the poor kid got anymore terrified than he already was. However, the creature wove itself on Indigo shoulders and proceeded to make angry clicking noises at Perip now. "Oh don't backtalk me! You know good and well-" More angry clicking "Thats not my- Do NOT bring Quirrel into this!" It seemed as if he was conversing with the creature. Though, while it was angry it seemed to be nestling against the ragdoll in an attempt to comfort him.

"I'm sorry Inigdo.. Fluffy doesn't hurt anyone unless he sees you as a threat, I told you to stay behind me in case he did so for an odd reason." He pointed at the bat nestled on his head. "That, would be Grimm. He doesnt like Fluffy, at all, and he doesnt bite either..." Holding out the jar of bugs towards Indigo. "If you don't want to be down here thats entirely fine, but if you'd like to feed Grimm instead- you can take him back upstairs"

"I won't bite and if a fox offers their food to you, you should accept, especially if its a demon, because we don't like to share." The boy spoke as he picked up some of his other fish from the plate and placed it in his mouth, humming at how good it was. He then set his chopsticks down and took a sip of his drink as he sat back a little and sighed in satisfaction.

Texas glared a little, but he also picked up on Cerise's tone of voice, "Look you even made the kid cry." Texas spoked as he gestured to Cerise, "Look, I know you want the attention but at least stop scaring the youngster." The male commented as he patted Cerise on the head with his free hand.

"Well, then, I'd better accept." Harley replied, accepting some of the squid. It certainly helped that he wouldn't mind taking orders from Ravi anyway.
He ate the squid, unsure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. "Wow. I wouldn't be surprised if you didn't want to share this. It's really good!" Harley commented, then took another sip of his drink, before offering some of his own food and drink. "Want some of my sushi? Or lemonade?"

Trixter - Male - Hyena Demon - The Cutting Edge - Cerise, Texas

Ah, geeze, the kids crying. Great. Trixter's laughing died down. He didn't feel bad, but he knew certain people would have his head if he didn't make it better. He subtly rolled his eyes and stood up. "C'mon kid, I'll buy you some kettle corn and maybe I can take you to a show." he sighed, glancing over at Texas.

Cerise pouted, though for an entirely different reason. "For the last time I am an Adult!"He growled, although it came out more as whimper. Cerise didn't like being called a kid, though it felt strangly nice when Texas did so. New Hyena bud? not so much. His tail seemed to pick up speed at the mention of a show though. "A show? Ravi leaned back on to the table, and picked up his chopsticks as he leaned over and picked up a bit of Harley's food and plopped it to his mouth, humming at how nice it tasted.
Soon the boy realised that was actually too close to Harley and pulled back looking, his ears going a little red, "It's nice" He said with a slight nod.

Texas put his arm around Cerise and pulled the boy closer to himself, "Right kiddo. The male then watched Trixter with disgust as the Hyena boy swallowed the knife again. "I wouldn't trusts him with them knifes." The male spoke.

When he realised how close he and Ravi were, Harley's breath hitched for a moment, watching as he tasted the sushi. Then, when Ravi pulled away, Harley felt his cheeks tinge pink, and he glanced away for a few moments, as if to try and hide it. He only looked towards Ravi again after he spoke. "It is, isn't it?" he said, then he took a long sip of his drink, as if to pretend he was thirsty, or was just feeling warm, rather than give away the fact that he didn't even really know what to say, and to avoid eye contact.
