In this town, everyone has a secret. Whether that be infidelity to their lovers, theft, having adopted kids, etc. Some people have a secret which is different than others. Enter this group of teenagers. Each has a secret with a common theme. They can all shift into a various creature. The issue is, all the creatures they shift into are extinct. They are the key to bringing the creatures back. For that, they are very sought after by scientists and are now in hiding.

He is a saber-toothed tiger shifter

Drives a large black van. He often uses to rescue and transport other shifters like himself. He is able to easily blend into a crowd with it and has escaped plenty of times from the government with it as it seems exactly like a government vehicle.

Damien is a protective male. Even though saber-toothed tigers were known as mainly solital creatures, he appreciates safety in numbers. He is also very protective of every single shifter he has met. However, this means he carries quite a bit of baggage from those he was unable to save from the government. Damien is quite skilled in various weapons and hand-to-hand combat. He is a natural leader and often has control of any situation he finds himself in. He does have a temper however and is a natural roamer. He never finds himself in one place for too long and he likes it that way.

Sebastian, contrary to the rumors of dodo birds, is quite intellegent and mature for his age. It comes with the various experiences he has already had in his very short life. He has a natural fight or flight response which leans towards flight most times in his life. Sebastian is a hopeless romantic but knows it is foolish to try and find love in these times. He often wakes up in cold sweats and nightmares. His biggest fears are being abandoned or caught. He doesn't know much people or other shifters in this town. Sebastian is skilled in everything with technology and can be a master hacker. It has allowed him to gain records of all the shifters identified and caught. He is on the look out for his eldest brother but he fears he has already perished.

Allie drives a motorbike. She finds it the easiest to use in a quick escape and finds it useful to dodge through traffic during a pursuit.

Allie has become stoic and unemotional from all that she has seen in her life. She has watched people come and go in her life, some shifters, others not. She doesn't stay still for too long and often turns to motorbike riding and running as her escapes from the world. She is a girl who often strikes first and asks questions later, worried about making the decisions too late. Allie has evolved to make split second decisions which often have concequences but those are a concern for another day.

Von was born in Romania to a family with a strong line and deep-rooted secret. His family home was attacked when he was still just a boy. His mother and himself were the only survivors of the attack. That was because his father had hidden them away in a series of tunnels far below the house. After that, he was sent to live with his father's father in Russia. His mother died shortly after that. When Von was seventeen his grandfather sent him to [insert current country]. A place where he wouldn't be suspected as much. He has moved around quite a bit before coming to [insert town name here] a few weeks ago.

History
Flint grew up in Brooklyn, in the Bronx, His father left when he was still little and his mother was sickly. Flint was passed through the foster system for a while until he ran away from it all when he was about thirteen. He did some shady jobs to keep himself alive. He was always a smart kid despite his upbringing and where he is from. He left the big apple behind and traveled around before finally landing in [insert town name here] about two months ago.

Alright it's been a while since I've roleplayed on here so I am gonna give this a shot:



Name: Valerie Ivy Cooper (prefers to go by Val or simply 'V').

Gender: Female

Sexuality: heterosexual/straight

Creature: Irish Elk (Great Elk)

Personality: Valerie is an optimistic girl, with a bubbly personality around others. She is often recognized for the sports she is in and the many friends she has. She has a tendency to make friends easily and does float from friend-group to friend-group. Some would consider her a part of the 'popular' group of high-school. She's witty (maybe a bit of a know-it-all), and spends more time reading up on interstellar travel and science fiction novels than out partying. She has a cool temper and tends to perceive a situation from several points of view before reacting, but rarely lets her anger surface, which also tends to be a bad habit. She places her academics above all-else, and doesn't spend time in nefarious activities or bothering with drama. She doesn’t have a problem with anyone else, nor does she get herself involved in drama. She also participates in soccer and lacrosse. She loves reading and has an extensive knowledge of the human and animal anatomy and botany.

Background: Her family, consisting of only her parents and her younger brother Kennedy, reside in the Catskill mountains away from the rest of society. Her father is a prominent astrophysicist, and her mother a dentist. They want her to follow in their footsteps and either become a dentist or astrophysicist, but she wants to become a veterinarian for her love of animal anatomy. Together, they expect high of Kennedy and Valerie. They don’t believe she will make any living or money off of becoming a vet, but she doesn’t care much more monetary means like her parents do. Growing up in the beautiful chilly woods of the Catskill Mountains gave her time to appreciate the beauty of nature and study anatomy of animals, especially woods-land creatures, such as the one she can transform into. When she isn’t at school trying to live up to her parents standards, she’s outside in the woods, taking notes on nature and watercolor painting the animals she sees. It’s a talent that she sort of keeps to herself because her parents don’t necessarily support it. When she finally comes out about the fact that she can morph into an Elk, they think she’s absolutely lost her mind and send her away to (insert town name) to come to her senses before she starts college and live with a distant aunt, who just-so happens to be missing when she arrives.

Appearance:5’8”, slender frame, does participate in sports so she has a well-built, muscular body. Red hair that’s naturally straight, freckles across her chest, shoulders and face. Emerald green eyes.
