Ruby stood where she was standing. “Ok this time it wasn’t me!” Near where the guard got pranked,another guard was rolling on the floor laughing. Ruby pointed to the laughing guard. “See it’s not me this time.” She walked over to the guard that had tripped and helped him up. She then turned her attention back to the king. She hoped that Ren would come back soon. The guard quickly got off the floor and tried to keep a straight face as a different guard glared at him.

Aralynn couldn't take much more of this. She had been brooding far too much and had yet to gain any answers from doing so which only made matters worse. Her people were out there being murdered by someone, good people who trusted the young women to protect them. She was their guide...their strength and who they turned to. Such was the role of the queen. Yet here the blonde sat on her throne in her palace as helpless as a newborn baby to do anything about the goings on in her kingdom. They didn't even have a thought as to possible suspects. At first, because of the blood being drained from the corpses, Aralynn had assumed the culprit was a doctor or perhaps someone with apothecary knowledge. When they all turned out clean, next it was thought perhaps these were some kind of animal attacks. Everything had to be ruled out....which this idea quickly was. First off animals can't draw red butterflies in the victim's blood at every scene. All that was really known were the times around which these attacks had occured.

Bowing her head and pressing her fingers to rub at her temples, Aralynn groaned. After rubbing them for a minute the young queen rose from the throne to make her way down from it's platform and down the throne room towards the hallway. She had to find Sansa.[/quote]

That definitely sounded familiar... Ronin couldn't help but get excited. If this girl was looking for the same thing as he was, they could help each other. He might actually have a chance...

Shifting her weight from foot to foot, she debated whether she should tell him or not. '' Well, I've been trying to find references to the butterfly mark, but I haven't been able to find anything. If there were any references in the history scrolls, we might actually get a clue as to what is going on here. There has to be something, right? Things don't just appear out of nowhere, and history tends to repeat itself.

After a few walks around the castle's perimeter, avoiding guards, he noticed the guards appeared to be going somewhere in particular. Ah....this must be one of the windows Al spoke about.... he thought, recalling that meant he had a few minutes to get inside. Taking the opportunity, he planned it out carefully. Get inside, figure out what the queen looks like, and get out. It couldn't be that hard, could it?
The moment he saw the perfect opening he sprinted into the castle's gate, and eventually the castle itself, at a speed only slightly faster then that of a normal human. When he eventually found himself in the castle, he slowed his pace to a casual walk, noting his vampiric senses would alert him if there was anyone approaching.

Ren smiled as he spotted the entrance to Ember. He didn’t wait for Rori to follow him. Instead he turned into a raven and fly into the trees that decorated someone’s garden. He watched each human as they walked by. He knew he couldn’t pick one from this area since it’s too out in the open,he’d have to venture farther into Ember.

She walked straight behind him, tis making her hungry. She carefully watched her footsteps, then spotted a great target.. a little kid.

Ren shook his head at Rori. Attacking anyone in this area was a bad idea,it would surely alert lots of guards which are always patrolling around here. Although Ren didn’t really like Rori,he still didn’t want to get in trouble from the king for not saving her. He was very much against feeding off children,it felt wrong to him. He turned into a big dog and scared away the kid until they ran off.

Ren went into a dark corner and changed into his crow form and flew back around and flew twards another house,it seemed virtually empty but there were some lights on.

"Allright Ara lets go over this once more to make sure you have your plans right. If you spend time looking for someone for a meeting, you'd better have your part straight.", the blonde spoke to herself under her breath as she walked the halls. The young women looking around her for any sign of her target. Unfortunetly she had yet to see a strand of her army's general anywhere in the halls. The two had important matters to discuss with each other too regarding how to move forward. Aralynn preffered from day one to keep Sansa in the loop of her plans, she thought it common sense and doing so did make things easier. This way both women were on the same page operating to the best of their abilities for their people. There was no room for miscommunication or mistakes for either of them as the queen saw it. If miscommunication occured between the leader and leader of the military forces it could cause who knew what for the kingdom.

Aralynn's current plan of action she wished to put forth? To redirect, at least for the time being, all efforts into protecting the citizens themselves. Not finding out who was actually behind these odd horrific killings. The blonde had the feeling that Sansa would quite possibly question this odd move, but was prepared to insist on it. Out right declare an order if she must. The painful truth of the matter was that they were struggling and meanwhile innocent people were dying. How many had been lost last she was given a report of a new body being found? Coming to a stop the women took a breath before speaking, "Sansa from now on you are to have our soldiers focus on protecting our people! Divert all able men from searching for the murderer and put the manhunt on hold!" There will be regular patrols, ssoldiers would not be allowed to walk the streets alone but must always be in at least pairs and fully armed, a curfew with a punishment if broken would be instituted...The teen trailed off her thoughts biting her lower lip hearing her own plans. Akira might not like that last one... Perhaps extra gaurds outside her and Akihito's chambers to be safe would be best.

Hearing a woman's voice he froze, attempting to locate the direction of the voice. Once done, he slowly crept forward, peeking around a corner. He was shocked as to what he saw. Based on the similarities between the woman and the heir, there was little to no doubt that the woman before him was the queen. It was odd there were no guards escorting her. Honestly, it was a rather foolish move on her part...and...was she talking to herself? Suppressing a chuckle the male debated his next plan of action. He could gain the queen's attention, or stick to his original plan and retreat....hm....oh well. he just wouldn't let the queen see his face. Pulling his hood up, he kept his head so she couldn't see his face as he spoke. '' Wow, smart move. I admire your care for your people, so willing to risk your own safety for them. Though at the same time, foolish. It's not smart for the queen to be unescorted. "
