He was quite glad, however, that Aralynn hadn't questioned what he said mere moments ago. " very well then, we shall return for the time being. " from there he escorted her so she could gather her new belongings. " Would you like to be carried through the shadow realm, or simply hold onto my arm" he questioned, leaving the decision up to her.

In his own mind, however, he was questioning his own actions. Why had he said those things earlier? Adrian hadn't been in control, but normally he would restrain from ever saying such a thing. Unless in a case of life or death, he would never offer immortality to anyone like that. One pays dearly for it, so much so that death sometimes seems like it would have been the preferable option.

The dark haired vampire shook her head, saying “Well, they know me. You said you come in here sometimes...” she said, with a pointed look at him there. She hummed quietly a moment, then turned when a big Draft x big donkey crossbred mule, Minny, squealed at her. She smiled at the brown and white female, trotting hurriedly to her and rubbing her nose after letting Minny scent her hand. She was surprised to see a colt behind Minny, a leggy little thing she wasn’t sure was a mule. She had no idea who the father was. Also, yes, Minny was one or the rare mules who’d been able to carry a baby and give birth to it.

Koon, a beautiful tan, dark brown and white sheepdog, yipped and pawed at his owner. Jamie huffed at their dog, blinking open their eyes and staring over the side of the bed at him a moment. He’d settled back down down there after they’d huffed. They sat up, swinging their feet over the edge then standing. Stretching, they brushed their hair, changed into day clothes and went downstairs, Koon by their side.

The young women walked over to where she had placed her newfound bellngings to reclaim them. She stared at them for a moment before carefully taking them in her arms again. "If we are traveling through that realm again then would you mind carrying me? If I am not too heavy? It seems like I'm always on someone's arm being escorted somewhere so you're spoiling me with a changs, and I like it.", replied Aralynn having gathered her things before looking back at Al. The human female gave him a soft smile which was interupted by yet another yawn. Yes it had been a long night. A few hours sleep would definetly do the young queen some good.

Fallon was passed out in the hay. He and Konan had stayed out much longer then expected...it was nearly three in the morning already. The male vampire was curled up snoring rather loudly in a pile of hay oblivious, or so it seemed, to the barn at the moment. Well he had been for the past few hours anyway after sacking out.

She hummed, flinching at the sound of the barn doors sliding open and footsteps approaching...She opened her eyes groggily to see Matthias, the male owner of the barn, holding his daughter Lunaa. His wife soon trotted over, kindly asking her to wake her friend and take him home. She took her time, then went to Fallon and nudged him, saying “Get up.

The human reached up so that her escort could get a good grip on her before hoisting her up into his arms. Once there, Aralynn settled in while reaching up to wrap her arms around his neck. Though secured tightly in place, she tried not to hold onto him in a death grip this time....easier said then done. She wasn't used to traveling this way after all and the young queen still closed her eyes during their traveling. The blonde teen kept her face buried in Al's chest focusing on her breathing until they stopped. Aralynn opened her eyes when she felt herself being put back onto her feet again, and looked around. Around them was, once again, the all too familiar walls of the palace.

Aralynn took a step back looking around the corridor quickly to both get her bearings and check for others that could be around. Nothing. It was just the two of them still by her notice. And the blonde human female had an idea of where they were in the palace too at that. Returning her attention to the vampire she had spent most of the night with, "Yes sleep will be best, luckily we aren't far from my rooms. I can be there quick and collapse on the bed in no time. You don't have to worry Old Man. If you do too much you'll ruin your hair with grey streaks when it's much more appealing on you as dark as it is now. But anyway...hopefully the maids let me sleep a little longer then normal this time, they are nothing if not punctual and annoyingly insistent." A tiered laugh left the young queen at these words. Aralynn looked up at Al with a content grin once she had calmed before adding, "Thank you though Al for everything. It's been awhile since I've had that much fun and alright. Just don't do anything stupid."

He had to admit, it was nice to feel the heat radiating from her. They didn't exactly generate their own body heat, so they relied on other things to keep them warm-ish. They could feel differences in temperatures, but most weren't bothered by extreme heat or extreme cold. Not to say they didn't mind being warm, at least some of them, but mainly the need to feel warm on the surface was a hunting technique- feel cold as a corpse and prey was likely to leave before one could even lure it. Nonetheless, he was one of the few who liked being warm- it made him feel somewhat human again. So he held on to her as they journeyed, almost regretting setting her down when they got back.

" I tried my best to get you close to your room, but I couldn't quite recall the correct path to take...." he spoke briefly before she did. Though at her remarks of his hair, he cocked his head, an eyebrow raised. " Now who exactly are you calling an old man? I am frozen at the happy of age between 18 and 19 I'll have you know. Besides, the only way our hair color is changing is by dying it or if someone has the ability to do so. Though If you wish, I''m sure I could keep the maids away for a while in the morning hours. They should be relatively easy to startle." he chuckled, only to freeze when Aralynn thanked Al for the night. " Well, I'm glad you were able to enjoy yourself. Should you ever wish to go again, let me know. However," he spoke while approaching her, staring down into her eyes but keeping a few inches away from her. " You need not worry of me doing anything stupid. The only stupid thing I could possibly do tonight involves you," with that he turned from her, beginning to walk away. " ~ Lady, running down to the riptide, taken away by the dark side~" though he began to softly sing a little tune, he never finished the chorus, continuing to hum as he made his way down the hall.

Aralynn watched Al head off down the cooridoor for a few seconds. After a few seconds, the blonde turned and headed in the opposite direction towards her chambers. A lot had happened over rhe night. She'd sleep soundly for sure now.

A gutteral primal growl escaped Fallon as Konan teied to wake him, but that was all. Other then that he gave no indication of waking up. Not waking yet anyway.
