- Eyes widening as Lazuli extended her wings, Niamh felt her mouth fall open in a gasp full of childish wonder. She hadn't expected that, as she certainly hadn't noticed them during their journey to the Base Camp. She wondered whether or not they had been there the entire time, and was about to ask when she noticed the girl pulling out some of the metallic feathers.
"Wow, doesn't that hurt?" The brunette asked as her restraints were cut lose. "Thank you, that is so much better. My wrists were actually starting to go numb." She laughed sheepishly as she rotated her hands.
She stumbled as somebody bumped into her, and turned quickly in hopes of steadying the other person. Not that it would really do much good, as Niamh was more likely to make the situation worse than help in any way. "It's no problem at all, please don't worry! Are you alright?" She paused for a moment while Autumn introduced herself. "It's nice to meet you Autumn, I'm Niamh and this is Lazuli." She introduced the other girl once again just in case Autumn had missed it before.
The brunette looked to Lazuli just as a man approached her and turned her around roughly. Concerned, she took a step forwards, but it would seem that the winged girl knew him as she dubbed him as uncle and introduced her. "Hi, it's very nice to meet you." She offered a polite smile, and looked back to Autumn, still concerned about before. She was about to ask whether they could get her a glass of water when another woman approached and addressed them all.
Listening intently as she spoke, Niamh nodded as she said that they were there to help. That being said, she became even more intrigued as she mentioned training. It concerned her slightly. She didn't see anyway that her powers could develop, but supposed that that's what the advisors were there for, to assist them and think of ways to develop their gifts. Musing everything over for a moment, the girl looked around at those she had just travelled with. She wasn't sure what to say, but opened her mouth as if to speak. Her train of thought was interrupted as her stomach rumbled loudly. Embarrassing. Laughing it of painfully, "Wow, I guess the mention of dinner reminded me of how hungry I am."
