Briar sighed once the shock of being knocked to the ground wore off. "It's ok, don't worry about it. I should have been paying attention to, and I shouldn't have slept in. If I would have woken up on time, I would have come in with the rest and I wouldn't have been struggling with all of my stuff." The woman pointed out with a shrug, none of her things seemed to be damaged so no harm no foul. "I accept your apology in the hopes that you will accept my own. Like I said, I should have noticed the giant stalking around with his head in the clouds." She added with a playful smirk, wondering what he was thinking about with that solemn expression on his face. "Sebastian, like the crab in the Little Mermaid?...Yeah, I can definitely see the inspiration." Briar smiled, Disney movies were the best movies ever made in her opinion. "Well Sebastian, I hope I didn't make a huge mistake coming to this place. I hope this place can teach me something." Briar sighed, she was usually filled with tons of optimism but this place was imposing and she hoped that being knocked on her butt minuets after arriving wasn't a sign of things to come.

Ariana looked up from her meal when she noticed that one of the Gifted were brave enough to come and sit with an Advisor. She was happy that one of them decided to join her, she was truly excited to get to know all of the Gifted and their individual personalities. "Hi, you're going to join me today for lunch?" The woman asked, wondering why she wasn't with the rest of the gifted as they had seemed to already be forming groups but not upset by it at all. "So what's your name?" Ariana asked, realizing that this girl was one of the gifted that hadn't introduced herself.
Azrael Drake | 23 | Agent | Tags: Nick
Azrael nodded at her companion's next words. "That's for the best, they would know how to settle them in better. Wouldn't want to have a bunch of military members trying to get them to settle in, they might think it was bootcamp." She added with a shrug, some of the Gifted didn't even want to be there in the first place so it would serve them all to win them over with more personable and comforting personnel. "Thank you, but I think my sleep filled nights are over. I think this bunch is going to be a lot to handle, they're going to keep all of us on our toes and make sure we don't slack." The woman pointed out, though she didn't mind it. She missed the thrill of the front lines, and the promise for excitement and a challenge was her biggest draw to this assignment. "Of course...Are you ok?" Azrael asked as she noticed the stark change in the man's demeanor= and wondering if it was something she said.
