"Oh my god! A bomb shelter! Over there!" She pointed at a nearby abandoned bomb shelter, hidden in a forest behind a hill. "Guns out guys. Lets not take any chances." She said, this time taking out a Sniper. "I'll go in the back to snipe." When they reached the bomb shelter, they hid inside and locked the door behind them. Putting her Sniper back into her backpack, she set up a makeshift bed to help Kayla. After laying her down, she started setting up some beds, and found the only way for power. "Anyone here know how to work this thing?" She said, shifting her wait over from her left foot to her right, and throwing her bag against a nearby wall.

A few minutes go by. I wake up, still dazed. My head throbbing painfully. I look around at the blurry figures. Then I see them clearly. Confused on where I am I remember everything. I touch the back of my head to feel a huge bump. I whimper from the pain, and lean back down. My body trembles.

I turn my head over weakly to look at Sara. I hesitate for a moment before replying. "It hurts." Still looking at Sara I turn my head away so she can see the back of my skull.

I watch as Sara leaves. The bandage tightly around my head, I try to ignore it. "I'm going to sleep.. wake me if something bad happens." I inform the teens before leaning down and trying to sleep. Yet I feel the throbbing in my skull. I can't sleep so I lean over to my bag and take my plushie out. I get back down and fall asleep with my giraffe in my arms.

“Stop!” Cat cried angrily and pushed towards Kayla, glaring at Sara and gently shaking Kayla awake. “Don’t let her sleep, she could have a concussion! If she sleeps with a concussion, it could have dire consequences” She exclaimed bitterly. “Sweetie, wake up, let me check you out. Looks can be deceiving with headwounds.” She undid the bandage and grabbed some rubbing achohol and an instant cold pack from her pockets, properly dressing and icing the wound. “Follow my flashlight with your eyes,” she ordered testing the young girl for a concussion.
