Jamie nodded, the tears stopping though his breathing was still ragged. "Thank you," he whispered, wrapping his own arms around Tykio. "You're the best friend anyone could have," he said, smiling weakly.

Schultz glanced up and saw winged creatures above them. Birds? No. Not quite, he thought, realising what they were far too big for birds, plus birds had to actually flap their wings to stay in the sky. However, they were the perfect size for something a bit more sinister. "Scatter!" Schultz cawed at Beo and Odahviing while mentally sending the same message to Jamie.

Jamie's face paled. "Hunters. Above. Run," he said to Tykio, quickly slipping out of his friend's grasp and instead grabbing his arm and began running. "What do we do?!"

Sage mentally facepalms as she watches Everest's eyes fill with tears. How could I have not realised? I'm better than this. It's going too far, I should have intervened. You're new to this area and to being Bonded. Let yourself relax a little. You just need to adjust. Adriel pipes up. She smiles half-heartedly at him. I can't ever truly relax, you know that. She nods to Everest as the girl regains her composure and places her hand on the door. "I'm ready whenever you are."

Loki sighed he couldn't believe the rust the moose had. Anything could happen and she was just okay with it. He understood Clarie wasn't doing well but Loki didnt want to make it worse. He noticed the people as they came around the corner. They had animals they were binders. But were they stuck down here to? Or was this the safe house. 'Esta please be careful if you are wanting to go up there.' Loki knew what she was thinking and his voice was filled with worry. Loki didn't talk to people much or came around many people so he wasn't trusting.

Tykio turned his head towards the sky and was suddenly yanked by Jamie and stumbling on the way. "What do they look like?? And if we're close to the safe house would it be scouts from the safe house?!" Beo was quickly scooped up by Tykio.

I TOLD you!!! THOSE guys! Beo seemed to shout in Tykio's head and at the Nachtkrapp. "Beo not the time-" My name's Pipsqueak! Beo said and then whispered, Dont let them know its me. Tykio sighed "sorry PIPSQUEAK, not the time!"

Jamie kept running, glancing up at the Hunters. "They're in some kind of lightweight plane, I can't see the people themselves. Besides, why would the safe house send out scouts? They'd never find a Bonded that way, they'd be running like we are doing right!!!" Jamie's voice was ragged, and he was breathing heavily throughout his reply. I can't keep this speed up! I'm going to fast! Jamie looked back up at the sky, almost screaming when he saw they were following the five of them.

Schultz flew up a bit higher, wanting to get a closer look at the Hunters and almost got an injured wing again from the wings of the plane. He cawed loudly in annoyance and closed his wings, dropping back towards the ground before spreading his wings again within the last 5 metres. "(Keep going!") He cawed to everyone, hoping that Jamie could keep running and that Tykio didn't trip. If either of them failed, they'd all be dead. "Odahviing, tell me the safe house is nearby!"

((How did you find out about that?!! Schultz loves a good home-cooked squirrel. Or something else, depending on the myths you read about Nachtkrapp ))

'I will'she told him,noting the worry in his voice.She understood his concern.Afterall,whoever was ahead were strangers and his bonded was severely injured.One misstep by any of them would most likely not end well.As they moved closer,both Katja and Esta could see a small group of people standing in a clearing.Slowing down,Esta stopped behind some brush almost as soon as she saw them.The amount of people and the fact that there was a bear among them unnerved her.Katja peered over the foliage at the group.They're bonders,she said to Esta,unable to hide the surprise in her voice.
When the red haired woman stepped forward and spoke,Esta put her hind hoof back to create more space.However,the reassuring pat on her shoulder from Katja made her move foward again.Katja watched her in frozen amazement.While the woman didn't have an animal with her,she knew that those who were trusted with information about the safehouse usually were not bonders themselves.Her gut told her to trust the woman and she did,for the most part,but kept a part of herself still sceptical,just in case."We've reached the safehouse,right?"she asked,ignoring the slight tremble in her voice.It wasn't one of fear but more of excitement and relief,if not for reaching the possible safehouse,then for finding more bonders that could hopefully help her and Claire.

Tykio almost hit a tree branch that had snatched a piece of his cloak. "Ough, probably! Just an assumption!" Tykio kept running with Jamie to help him to continue. "Be my eyes!" Tykio responded.

Jayden Hart was with his griffin, sharpening a k-nifee (pronounced Kah niff ee xD jk it's just a dagger or whatever) his Griffin was ready to move whenever he was, a scout called Jayden Hart on the radio and He answered. "What is going on?" He commanded. "We are chasing about what seems to be 3 or 5 bonded, sir. It will not be long until we have a chance to 'introduce' ourselves." "Good, I have however been hearing about something every bonded knows about. Once you capture them, find out what they know. I want to good report news to him. Anything else on the other troops?" "Nothing on 5 T-Red, their location shows two of them are by a river and one seems to be with a bonded." "Alright. Let me know when something more interesting happens." "Will do." Jayden stopped sahrpening his dagger and looked at its glint in the Moon light, he then turned to the three men that were with him. "Let's show them how it's done." Jayden ran into his forest, his 'party' and Griffin behind him.

"Uh, okay! Jump! Duck! Tree branches everywhere!" Jamie shouted, his eyes wild, head flashing from side to side in an attempt to spot any obstacle that could impede Tykio. "Beo! Help!"

Schultz flew low over their heads, keeping an eye on the Hunters above. So far, they just seemed to be following but Schultz knew that soon they'd be in trouble. "Odahviing, where is that safehouse?"

((I was talking with Swordboy and they said that the Hunters are trying to eradicate magic and therefore wouldn't use a magical creature and instead something more technological like a small plane, so I'm just going off of that. *shrug* ))

Loki stepped forward toward the red haired woman, baring his teeth hoping nothing would happen but he was prepare to fight if he needed to. He knew if he did fight he would only last moments but at least it would be enough time for them to get a head start. But he watch katia start talking with him. What? Why was she so bold? Loki took a breath and sat down but never took his eyes off the woman. He wasn't ready to trust her, not with Claire the way she was.
