Naomi shook her head. "N-n-no! It's fine!" she denied. "I'm not scared at all... Her voice dissipated into a quiet murmur. She waved her hand, denying his kind gesture by pushing his handkerchief back into hands. "It's fine...I'm okay!" she mumbled. Instead, she raised her hand, fanning her forehead. She nodded and put on a smile, as if she was trying to assert her statement. Lowering herself, she crouched down next to him. She sat modestly, with her knees pointing inward and her hands fumbling with each other. "Do you need help standing up?" she asked, tugging on his sleeve. "You really need to go to the infirmary! Are you not in pain at all?? she cried. Hearing the door open behind her, Naomi looked over her shoulder and found Liam coming back.

"Need any help?" Valentina entered the garden area and stifled a sigh of relief as she saw no wolf in the garden; just two, normal-looking people. shin turned and looked at her. he chuckled for a moment and looked at her. "look, i came here for help. but i appreciate you coming out here to check on me." he spoke as he heard the door open. he ignored her question about going to the infirmary. pushing himself up, he grit his teeth. trying to hide his large gash on his side, he covered it with his arm. "no need to go to the infirmary. i'm fine." shin spoke softly, clearly still in pain. he looked over to liam and another girl. when he noticed the girls head turn, he took his chance and tried to slip away.

Naomi turned her head back, eyeing Shinichi as he tried to walk away. She saw Shinichi suspiciously shift his arm to cover his wound and noted how his voice faltered when he said "I'm fine". A look of concern was all over her face. "Come on. I'm taking you to the nurse." she said, with a bit of bitterness lying at the edge of her voice. She hated seeing people leave without her, especially without warning. "Valentina, can you help me walk him to the infirmary? And Liam...Is the gym teacher there? I kind of don't want to get in trouble for not being in class..." she said quietly, letting her voice fall into a whisper. She felt uncomfortable about asking her classmates for a favor, especially since she felt as if it was out of place. Looking back at Shinichi, she tapped her shoulder, as if she was offering a support for him to walk if he needed it.

shin looked at the other female and stood straight up. backing away from her, he looked at the other two. "i said i will be fine. my body is just weak and my wound hasn't healed yet." he spoke and covered his side again. "now, if you all will excuse me, i need to go get my items from the classroom. i do believe i left the scattered across the floor. and i probably need to go talk to the teacher." he said as he walked towards the door. hoping they wouldn't follow, he tried to pull the door open. yes it budged, but he was to weak to open it. growling to himself, he kicked the door angrily.

Naomi looked downcast as her eyes fell to the ground. She noticed Shinichi persistently denying offers of help, even though she was trying her best to help a classmate. Am I being annoying? I'm probably being a nuisance right now... She watched him walk to the door and weakly tried to open it. Her lips parted, feeling an urge to say something, but seeing Shinichi already making his way back into the school building, it felt as if she swallowed a marble that kept her throat shut. But at the last minute, Naomi cupped her hands around her mouth and shouted, "Ok, but you need help, and you shouldn't be afraid to accept it or ask for it!!" Then she looked back at Liam and Valentina, and tipped her head. "Uhh should we follow him or not...?" she asked quietly.
