jace slipped into the water, his handsome features replaced by a wolf's snout. he paddled in a few circles before returning to xander. he nudged the siren's hand towards the carrot eliot held, a wolfy grin on his muzzle. well, of course it was a wolfy grin, he is a wolf after all.

Xander shakily took the carrot, and quietly said, "Thank you..." Xander began looking at the carrot, not sure on what to do. At first he tried to bite into the carrot, which worked. It made a snapping noise when one half of the carrot separated from the other. He chewed a bit, trying to decipher what the carrot tasted like, before swallowing.

His injuries were completely healed thanks to the healers back at their headquarters, but that didn't stop him from holding Lexi back from participating. He looked at Phoebe. "Just make sure you keep an eye on them and don't give yourself up."
Lexi flipped her hair. "Whatever, you deserved it," She said. She smiled at Phoebe. "Have fun, kitty!" She said, in a mocking sort of tone.

stella's stomach dropped as she snapped her glasses into a further two pieces, a little whimper escaping her throat. a sigh of relief overcame her as she was handed back her glasses in brand new condition. t-thank you so much. she slightly gasped in disbelief. she examined the glasses before putting them back on to her nose pushing them toward her eyes,

Xander seemed to have zoned out a bit. He was staring at basically nothing and was basically flat on the ground. He gave a yawn, but that was really it. He just had a blank expression while staring at said nothingness.

it has been around three days since scatty turned up at this home at the door unconscious after her long travel. then when scatty finally heard voices outside her room she panicked unsure where she was and fell of her bed that was given to her, with a thud. then scatty quickly gathered all the energy she had left and quickly stood up only to notice that her wounds were cleaned and bandaged up. the scatty wondered as made her way to the door wobbling all over the place *am I caught? or did I make it to that home?*

Jed flipped the cards around the table without touching them, his sightless gaze dragging over them. He brought a hand up in the air and waved to another being in the distance who had waved as well.
"You are more than welcome to come and join as well, friend" he called out and then looked to the girl in front of him.
"Nessa... Right?" He raised an eyebrow and smirked. She hadn't addressed herself but he needed to establish a greeting firsthand.
"If you want, you can introduce yourself to me... Through the cards" he shuffled them and spread them once more in their final position.
"It's not as easy as it seems but it's not as complicated either, but if you want-" he put out his own hand, "-you may give me your hand to place on the deck so it can familiarize itself with you".

Hisao paused as one of the figures 'playing cards' waved, mulling the invitation to join them over in his head. It had been unexpected but turning down an opportunity to meet and greet people now seemed like a waste. The only issue now was his other companion; the 'lion' he hadn't known had followed him back. When Daemon bumped into him, Hisao turned to look at him with a sheepish grin as he rubbed the back of his neck in his embarrassment at having been in the way.
"Sorry man, didn't mean to just be standing in your way. Got a bit distracted~" He said, grinning. It would be clear he didn't recognise the Shapeshifter.

He wouldn't really wait for an answer, already making his way towards the pair with an intrigued smile and his arms linked behind his back, seemingly too casual to be serious about much at first impression.
"Oh, hey, this isn't a card game then? I've never seen a deck like this before.." He asked, leaning forward slightly to investigate the deck closer, not really realising it could come off as rude.
"So then, what are you guys doing?" He continued, his curiosity pretty evident by this point.
