"Uhh, I guess it's my equipment. It felt out of my bag by mistake." she said with a weak smile, hoping it didn't seem like she was trying to attack them. While also putting the stuff back in her bag.

"Alright," Nevada didn't seem to care as she turned her attention back to her book.

"Nevada," Marie finally spoke up, "It happened again." Nevada sighed in frustration and closed the book. She set it down in her lap and got out of the cot and walked over to Marie.

Nevada picked up Marie and set her on the floor, "You can figure out the rest yourself."

"What?" Marie exclaimed. Nevada ignored her and sat back on her bed. She picked up her book and began reading again. Marie shook around on the floor in a feeble attempt to free herself.

Klink started to chuckle a little bit as she watched her roll around unsuccessfully untangling herself, "Do you want some help," she asked.

Marie stopped rolling around and looked at Klink, "Yes." Nevada stifled a chuckle, hoping no one would notice she was listening to the chaos happening by Marie's cot.

Klink got up to help untangle Marie. She grabbed two corners of the blanket and pulled as hard as she could, unrolling Marie from the blanket. Klink let out a laugh as Marie plopped out of the blanket.

Marie was startled at how fast Klink had untangled the blanket but she had a good chuckle too after being freed from the blanket cocoon. "Thank you," Marie stood up and began walking into the other room.

"Where are you going?" Nevada asked.

"Checking the perimeter before I take a nap," Marie began putting on her snowsuit, "I just want to make sure it's safe before we all go to sleep."

Nevada shrugged, "Stay safe, I guess."

"I will," Marie zipped up and opened up the doors to the shelter.

"Here wait, let me come with you," Klink said putting on her gear. "It's the least I could do for you guys."

"Sounds fine to me if you'd like," Marie took out her scrunchie and set it on the table. She wrapped a scarf around mouth and nose and stowed the ends into her coat. She slipped her hood over her head and opened the door to the bunker. Marie pulled down the scarf, "I'll wait for you outside for about five minutes, then I'll go and walk around. I may meet you out there I may not."

Klink threw he stuff on, and grabbed her bag before Marie even had a chance to close the door. "I'm fast and capable, don't worry. I mean I've survived this long right?" she said with a smile and following Marie out the door.

Marie smiled at Klink. "Don't get frostbite again, Marie!" Nevada shouted out to her friend.

"I won't," Marie muttered the next part, "probably." Just before they left the shelter, Marie closed the door and turned to Klink, "I'm not going to be able to talk with the scarf over my face so just pay attention to what I'm doing." She began walking to the town when she heard the breaking of glass. Marie put a finger over her mouth in an attempt to shush Klink. Marie tried to walk as silently as possible towards the town. In one of the shop's broken windows, she saw a full grown snow beast sticking its head through the window. There were quite possibly people inside, which was the concerning part. Marie tapped Klink on the shoulder and pointed it to the building.
