Raven sat in a corner, rubbing an old scar. She could see the reasoning behind the other members not allowing her to come rescue Sinner, as she was pretty much useless in combat and they couldn't leave their base completely unguarded. That knowledge still didn't prevent her from feeling left out, however. She tried to cheer herself up with the fact that, if the mission was successful, she would see their great leader again. He was the reason she wasn't starving or dead out on the streets. He was the reason she had learned to use her powers. Her dull eyes perked up as she heard the faint but familiar scraping of scales on floor. Smiling, she held out her arm for the small coral snake to climb up onto. Standing up, she figured she might as well see what the doctor and captives were up to.

Salus (Aurora Xander)/Location: Prison/ Tags: Sinner/ TL;DR: Salus gets ready for combat
As the villain let her go, she fell to the ground, but quickly regained her senses, body slowly disintegrating, the signals running through her giving her abilities quick instructions. "Don't try to pin your right-hand man leaving you on me," Her voice began to fade, projecting from one speck of her body to another. "he made a choice. A choice to do the right thing." The echo ruminating all around her began to link one particle to another, her nervous system cluing the rest of her functions in, sight quickly returning. "And do not." She began to scatter herself through the air, using her small fragments to seal windows, doors, and anywhere she could find. "Try to threaten my team. Ever. Again" She was getting wrathful at this point, a strong instinct bubbling inside of her. She would not let anyone, much less the people she had raised and known for at least a fragment of their lives, get hurt. Fighting was second nature, and she knew she would be forced to soon, if she didn't make a move. But with this new state of matter, she was still inexperienced, and forming where she intended to reappear? That would take a steady mind, one she lacked at the moment.

"It depends," Miyabi skipped towards him in a happy-go-lucky manner. "You talkin' personally, or just in general?"
She paused. "Because if you're not talkin' about the latter, I just saw a woman and a rat fly." Her maniacal giggles echoed down the street.
It was plain to see that she wasn't quite... All there. The truth was, Spirit's Aid did not come without consequences. Her gradual loss of sanity was without a doubt the result of her power. Though subtle the personality changes were still recognizable.

Sinner/Male/25/Villain King/In Jail Interrogation Room/Salus


Sinner just laughed his eyes glowing. "Oh don't tell me what to do." He growled out letting his fire slip out. "Now I said I won't hurt you but don't push your luck." He snarled, glancing around the room as he spoke. He never liked going up against her. Her power was annoying to him to say the lest. He let his fire, slip out further, making sure she could feel the heat. He was getting angry and it showed on his face. And that was once thing you didn't want to do. Anger the Villain Nightmare King.



Adian/Male/20/Villain/Zeneth Strider, Analise


Adian nodded once more. "Analise says all guards topside have been taken care of so if we have to run there shouldn't be too much trouble." He said to Zeneth as they walked along. He stopped beside Zeneth looking down into the darkness below. He jumped down first scanning around for any cameras. "Cost is clear right now Zeneth!" He called up to him.


Liam Williams/Male/20/Captured Villain/Luna

Liam just relaxed against the bars, his arms still around her. Feeling her fingers against his arm was rather calming and relaxing to him. He hummed softly enjoying the calming quietness that slipped between them.


William Evans/Male/23/Hero/Cyrus Novak

William listened to him quietly. "Nathan kissed you." He said straight out. "Now don't freak out, but I was watching you and Luna for a bit. Boss asked me to." He said, rubbing the back of his head as he spoke. "You feel something for him and that's understandable. From what I saw he didn't want you to leave. Go back down and talk to him. Hero or not follow your heart. I did and I'm happy being a hero." He said resting a hand on his shoulder and giving it a squeeze.



Arrous/Male/24/Villain Doctor/Meridian Novak

Arrous nodded, turning to face him as he spoke. "I understand." He said softly to him. "You're not sure whether or not to trust me right?" He asked him softly. "But that's alright. You have no reason to trust a villain after all." He smiled at him, fixing his glasses. "I know I don't look like much of a baker, but I made some cookies and a apple pie. Would you like to try some?" He asked him, smiling kindly at him.

He nodded slightly, in agreement. He wasn't entirely sure why the doctor was doing more than what he assumed was required of him. It was nice, yes, but somewhat unnerving. He couldn't help but think that there was an ulterior motive. Like the doctor said, he had no reason to trust a villain. But he didn't want to accuse him of anything, that would not bode well, he was sure. So, Meridian nodded again. "Yes, please... if they are as good as the stew..." he replied.

For a moment, Cyrus was surprised that William seemed to already know. Then annoyed. Then back to confused. "But he's a villain... I wouldn't know what to say." He said. He didn't like feeling so confused and helpless. That wasn't him, he usually always knew what to do and had a solid plan. After a few minutes of recomposing himself, though, Cyrus then nodded slowly. "Alright... I'll go... thank you." He said, then turned around and left the office. He went over to the elevator, going down to where the captive villains were. He steeled himself, before the doors opened, and left the elevator.

Salus (Aurora Xander)/Location: Interrogation Room/Tags: Sinner/(Do you guys think TL;DR is useful? Sorry my posts are a bit long.)
Salus panicked. The temperature in the room had affected the particles scattered across the room quicker than she would have ever expected, and with the buildup of heat in the room, latching onto whatever it could, the hero could feel her lungs, centimeter by centimeter, fill up with smoke. It was true, she was much more powerful in combat like this, but it gave her a sate of weakness with his attacks, every tiny speck of her body affected at full force, nothing to cushion her organs. She kept moving, half of her being now located on the ceiling of the room, positioned for a direct attack while she could. While she could maintain this form. Mere minutes were left in her body, the will to keep fighting still strong. She just had to find the perfect opening. If she could just cut off the steady flow of flames throughout the room...

Sinner smirked, letting his flames rise. "What can't take the heat?" He said his voice teasing and playful. "Come on out little hero." He said looking around the room as he spoke. "I really don't want to fight you, but you're getting on my angry side and you don't want to do that trust me." He voice lowered in annoyance. "If you really wish to know stop playing this little game and come face me." He said moving so his back was to one wall, keeping an eye on the whole room as he did so.

He sat back down at his desk to do more work, but stumbled slightly. He caught himself on his desk, so he didn't fall. "Weird...." He mumbled to himself as he sat at his desk.


Arrous/Male/24/Villain Doctor/Meridian Novak

Arrous smiled kindly. "Alright I'll be right back with them." He said humming softly as he went up to their kitchen. He wasn't sure why he was saying or doing any of this, but it seemed he had a bit of a soft spot for the young hero. He smiled at the thought, before getting some cookies, pie and a big glass of milk. He happily brought it down to him. "Here you go." He said to him happily.

Salus (Aurora Xander)/Location: Interrogation Room/Tags: Sinner/TL;DR: Salus is trying her best to keep fighting, her body failing her.
Spotting her opening, Salus attempted to reform in the pattern which her body had been developed throughout the years. If she faltered for even a moment, her already injured lungs would quickly fall into the structure of her stomach, or her leg muscles would fuse with the bone above her. Tedious processes like this were much easier under pressure, however, her head clean and senses aroused. She had the possibility of not only recovering from this sudden shift in matter, but catching her opponent off-guard. If he meant what he said, she was sure that she could win her team back by right of trail. However, the hero knew how dangerous it was to trust even a sentence uttered from her foe's mouth. "What are you proposing?" In one swift movement, she had dropped down, pinning him to the table he had stood on moments before, her grip firm, but not dangerously so. Salus knew how weak she was, heavy breathing accompanying the strain of the stretch between locations, particles still sealing the room from any harm coming to the building, or the few staff that had stayed.
