Personality: Quiet and asocial, Ryder is known to be cold towards strangers at best. But with a life of being teased and targeted for his skin, who would blame him? Even to his friends, he is not always the friendliest of people, but he's never outright rude towards them. Getting his trust and loyalty, though, is like finding a diamond. But unlike diamonds, one slip up will mean shattering his trust in you forever. He might grow to tolerate you again, but trust? Never.
He's also fierce and protective of his friends, and will ofte step in if someone is being a threat to any of them.
Of course, he has a softer, sweeter side to him - one that he only shows to those that have really grown close to him, and it'll take patience and understanding to really get to.
History: Born with a skin condition called vitiligo, Ryder was already set up for having a somewhat difficult childhood. There were kids that laughed, the kids that just kept their distance and the kids that said awful things to him - with only a few rare exceptions that were actually his friends. Being a werewolf didn't help either - though none of the humans knew that, fortunately. With his current friend group, though, he's slowly becoming a warmer, trusting person. There's still a long way to go, but he's getting there.
He loves stargazing, gingerbread and climbing trees. He's also something of a decent dancer. However, Ryder is allergic to stinging nettles, and he has a fear of deep water.

history ; avalon grew up without a true family, she had to grow up in the foster care system, always switching homes from time to time until she was 17. after turning 17 she went out on her own and worked for her own money to support herself. it was almost difficult for her to hide the fact that she was a werewolf, especially when she was younger. she never knew her real parents, knew nothing about them whether they were werewolves or not. she was a confused child, but she knew she had to keep the werewolf thing a secret in fears for her life.
