she tilted her head and if she could have than she would have smiled but of course wolves couldn't smile. wondering over to him tatum shook out her pelt. "chasing birds and squirrels?" she teased with a slight laugh. the beta didn't really know if she was right or not only assuming due to all the barking. she snifted the air and blinked. perhaps they should get back to the pack house before dyion began to worry.

"Wait up!" she called after the female throwing herself forward quickly shifting flinging at the slight pain in her muscles she usually got when changing too fast. Following behind her friend she soon skidded to a halt watching the other female hide quickly not really realizing the reason looking around her ears flattened. it was the cub the same one she was sure that had caused her pack so much pain before it was surprising that it had not left with its mother after everything. arching her back she moved slowly away but it was far too late she cub was crying out for its mother clearly startled by her and Lytia being there. looking over to her best friend she didn't know what to do would they be able to run away or would the mother try and follow them for some kind of unnecessary vengeance.

he jogged through the trees aiming to get as far away from the cabin as possible snarling at himself he slowed then eventually stopped panting hard. looking around he lunged at a nearby fallen branch grabbing it in his jaws and shaking it violently clawing at the bark an attempt to take out more of his anger from his systems. tossing the now destroyed and frayed branch he glared at it *everything is not ok yet they still pretend things are fine NOTHING is fine* he thought to feel his claws pulse into the ground as he pushed forward walking in a few circles.

"of course it's not a problem" she smiled happily continuing to put the dishes up and away "I agree a calm day is a good day tho it seems today keeps asking to be chaotic," she said with a soft sigh. she looked over as they made plans to go find the missing female she hoped the girl was just out hunting something enjoying the morning and nothing bad had happened. part of her wanted to ask if there was anything she could do but she knew it was only a matter of time before James was up and needing her attention.

The male wolf blew a heavy breath from his nose as his eyes scanned Kaya for wounds. She seemed fine and even well-rested. He told himself to be calm with the girl since she wasn't doing anything wrong so to speak. He stood on all fours and even in this form towered over her small stature. He narrowed his eyes for a moment before nudging her head with his own. [color=#0080BF]"I came to find you because we were worried. God, Kaya, you have to be careful! after everything that has happened... You know how devastated I would be if anything happened to you?"[/color] He jerked his head in the direction he came from- towards the house. "There is still an angry bear out there. Dyion wants us to head home now so come on." He didn't wait for her response before stepping in the direction of the house. He kept his head up to sniff the wind but in the end, Kaya would be better after knowing the scents and whether they are friendly or not.

Alani bit her lips as she watched Cedric leave her presence. Darn, she pushed him too far. She should have known he wouldn't open up to her. She was merely a person who could offer silent comfort. She forgot her place and spoke up. She looked down at her hands without knowing what to do. She was gripped in a sadness for the other wolf that wouldn't be erased easily. She looked up in time to see Neil head out of the door. She gave him a nod and realized he probably will come back hurt. He always hurt himself. With a sigh, she gracefully pulled herself up into a standing position. She started to brush the wolf fur from her dressy blouse but stopped herself. It was weird that she didn't want to wipe away Cedric's fur from her lap. She gave the kitchen one last longing look before she turned away. Who was she kidding? She didn't know what he was feeling... She couldn't help him. She made her way to her safe place. Her sanctuary. The infirmary. There, she started counting her supplies and preparing it for the inevitable Neil session. She wondered if she should tell Jacob about the situation but thought against it. She really didn't want to talk to anyone at the moment. She was ready to throw herself a pity party and no one else was invited.

Dyion turn to Neil as he soon saw Samuel and Jessie. He leans up as he grabs the dish for the two. He looked down at him before he turns his head as he saw his ex-best-fighter leave the house than his sister. He turns his head towards Neil as he was filled with worry as he soon rubbed his neck. He nodded to him a little bit. "Yea, Neil please do... That bear and her cub is still in our forest and we haven't dealt with it in any way. We need to go out and make sure she is safe. If you need to take someone please do. The alpha soon looked over at Neil before he looked around while he soon fixes up a plate for Cedric and placed it under the island's table. He soon looked over at Alani before he soon pushes his hair back before he cracks his neck a little bit before he tapped his fingertips against the table before he lets out a small sigh while he grumbles softly. The alpha soon pushed himself away before he looked towards where Jasper disappears towards. His soon took in a deep breath as he mutter. Samuel your in charge of the house while I go out to look for Jasper and while Neil is out looking for Kaya. But Cyrus is in charge of the pack until I get back. No one leaves the house unless Cyrus says so!" He huffed before he looked at Neil. He leans over the island before he flicks Neil's forehead before he rolling his eyes. "Find Kaya, Neil and bring her back."

The young male looked away as he pushed his weight on Alani as he now was refusing to let her up. He grumbles to her as he was now refusing to eat. My brother is gone, my best friend is dead, My only family died because I wanted to be goofy and try and play around with a bear cub to see if the bear cub would actually go for it. I couldn't even protect my brother!" He pushes himself to his paws before leaping towards the kitchen. He looked towards the couch before he looked over at his pack members. He soon walked over to the small area under the bar. He pushed his way through as he soon found his dark place while his tail flicked to the side before he whimpered softly as he thought about his brother. He places his paw on his muzzle before he soon heard what his pack was talking about.

Run and get to safety. Get out of here and either get home or find your brother. Jasper is the best fighter in the pack and he should have been Lead Fighter and even the beta." She looked back at Clara before she steps back while she saw the mother bear roar out at them before she lowers her ears before she lowers her head. "Go now Clara! Please, I don't want your brother even more upset about life and living with the pack. He is so upset with everything right now, he needs you in his life to keep his head on straight and to push him to be the best he can be. Honestly, he needs you so he can one day become the alpha because I know my brother wouldn't always win his battles."

she looked up and nodded gently "sure" she replied to the order, she didn't mind that much, it shouldn't be too difficult to keep the house in order. Samuel looked at the group, things didn't seem to be going well, but thankfully the problem wasn't going overseen.

Though he was mostly absorbed in his book, Jacob was jolted out of it when his hearing aids picked up someone calling up towards him, breaking the quiet. Though a little surprised, he looked down from where he sat, and waved politely down at the werewolf that was on the ground, in greeting. Then, he signed in response to the question, "Yes, it is." Not wanting to call out, especially as his voice would sound odd enough as it was. He hoped that Ember would understand - after all, it was a basic sign that wouldn't require that much knowledge of sign language to figure what it meant.

My eyes widened slightly and I noticed how he signed with his hands. I did not know much signing but I did know the basics, after all, I had to be able to communicate with everyone in the pack. Speaking of food, my stomach growled and I needed the energy for my next hunt. I also needed to find a small patrol to go out with.

she shook her head not wanting to leave her best friend "I won't leave you!" she growled ears flat against her head taking a moment to think she glanced behind her. *please here this* she thought lifting her muzzle and letting out a howl for help praying the sound would make it to anyone. "life in the pack won't get any better if you are gone it will only make things worse" she said walking up next to her friend she lowered her body ready to try and fight it with her even tho she doubted they would both make it alone. Horror filled her mind seeing the mother bear growling at them going up on her hind legs truly showing the terrible size the wounds from her last encounter with the pack still on her body.

he huffed his tail flicking he leaned himself against a tree maybe he was wrong maybe everything was starting to get better and he was the only one with an issue now? shaking his head he looked up at the sky through the trees things had to get better there was no way things could get any worse right rock bottom means there's only one way to go he thought. but he was wrong when the sound of his sisters howl reached his ears his heart dropped looking in its direction the only thing that came to mind was RUN. Pushing his body forward he dashed towards the sound he prayed that she would be fine when he got there reaching the sound he found his sister and Lytia about to be attacked by a large bear and from the smell the same one as last time. Lunging forward he moved in front of the two females and growled viciously at the beast mother or not the creature had killed too much.

she leaned against the counter "your brother is probably off hunting" she suggested taking a deep breath as she glanced at the stairs "I'm going to go fetch James" she said. Picking up his plate of food she smiled at everyone "I will be back" she said excusing herself heading towards the stairs to go wake her son up. a sharp pain went through her chest causing her to drop the dish it shattering at her feet she didn't know what was happening but she was filled with dread the same feeling that happened when the father of her son was killed.

Zuri sighed softly, looking at her healing supplies and shaking her head. She was low in some items and needed to restore them before someone got themselves injured, especially the pups. She placed everything back before heading into the main room of the house, looking for someone that wouldn't mind tagging along with her to town.

Nolan finally woke up. He got out of bed and put some clothes on. His outfit of choosing for the day was a light blue shirt long sleeved shirt with little gray specks woven in and some dark blue jeans. His mother had always told him that light blue made his eyes pop and with a quick glance in the mirror he couldn't argue with it. It did make his bright blue eyes look even brighter. He made his way out of the pack house with no specific destination in mind. He was just walking until he saw a girl which he had recognized as a healer but a name for this healer wasn't coming to mind. "Hey where are you going?" he asked her curiously.

Phoebe was already up roaming around outside. She was starting to get bored so she decided to get some training in. She walked over to a tree she got into the mindset that it was trying to attack her. She closed her eyes took a deep breath before punching the air with quick jabs. She never actually made contact with the tree it just helped her visualize a target. She kept on her toes as she threw each jab with a force. She needed a sparing partner for both human training and wolf training. After 20 minutes she started to break a sweat and huff. She slowed down a bit and gradually stopped. That should be enough of that for now. She would have to run later, hopefully she wouldn't run into any distractions and forget about her run.
