My eyes widened when he asked about the book. In that moment, I totally fprgot about the silent game we were playing. My aura brightened and I turned into a bubbly mess. "Oh it is SO good!" I exclaimed and gave him a huge smile. "Okay so here is the rundown.. The new Abby Abernathy is a good girl. Ryze felt her aura, and tensed, for a moment he felt as if he'd won the game. she talked about the book with such excitement it was amusing "so how far have you gotten? also how did he trick her into living with him? " he was quite curious, Ryze enjoyed reading quite a bit and this Valentin seemed really into the book, funny how she completely let her guard down once he asked about it. "oh and whats your name? i just realized i never asked"

'An hour, huh? We could manage exploring for an hour.' Ashley thought. "Hmm? Oh! Bye, then!" Ashley snapped out of her own thoughts and waved to Fritz and August. Once the other two left, Ashley thought of where to go first. It would probably be best to go to the dorms, so Ashley suggested, "How about we go to the dorms first? Everyone seems to need to find them anyway." She smiled and turned to August. She felt completely happy talking to Fritz and the twins, and didn't feel flustered at all. Maybe Ashley had found some friends. She didn't know if they liked her back, though. Did they think she was annoying and were just trying to be nice? Ashley frowned and looked at August. "We should get going, too, you know." She said started to walk at a slow pace so that August could catch up.

My face turned a bright red, and for once this was a reaction that was no preallowed by the Valentin. "Oh uh, she lost hot water in her dorm for a few weeks and when it was time for her to move out they made a bet." I said and was quite embarrassed on how much I gushed when talking about the book. "My name is Lila and I am a Valentin." I said forcing back the redness on my face and letting my aura return to its normal self.

"... Nothing. Let's head to the dorms." Ashley lied. She wasn't quite comfortable asking if someone tolerated her or not, as it seemed quite petty to her. Once August caught up, Ashley started walking with him at a slightly fast pace, as she was a little bit stressed now. Heading up the stairs, Ashley slowed her pace, as she didn't want to trip. Her aura didn't seem to be apparent to August, Ashley noticed. He hadn't said singular word about it, which made her happy. Though her icy aura wasn't obvious to August, it was to everyone else. To help calm her aura down, Ashley started making a sculpture. It wasn't anything special, just something to take her mind off of everything. They then reached the top of the stairs and headed down the hallway. "These are the dorms. As I said before, Boys on the right and Girls on the left." Ashley gestured towards the dorms.
