She huffed, hating for the interest peak. She had to do something to dodge but maybe she could use it as an advantage. "I might do it later, but you are more then welcome to join. A second pair of eyes might be a lot of help." She spoke pausing briefly for a moment as she zipped up her red hoodie, even though it shows her powers she couldn't give it up.
It was her mother's when her mom was a child. "I was planning to go later on when it gets darker. If its darker those kids will be at a disadvantage." She hummed softly changing her stance slightly as she spoke. Defensive yes, but wasn't she allowed to be?

Alyssa hoped Kristen wouldn’t worry too much. After all, she hadn’t gone too far, had she? She got up and started walking in the way she thought she had come from. Her stomach turned as she walked farther. Alyssa finally gave up and sat down, her back against a tree. Tears spilled from her eyes. She didn’t want to lose her new friends already.. maybe they had already forget about her. Her plan was to shift into a bird to search around, but she had no more energy. She had shifted more than usual and it drained her. Even throughout her crying, she passed out against the tree, hoping Kristen and Kita hadn’t forgotten about her.

Nathan took the city bus to the popular coffee shop downtown. He grabbed a chai latte and a bagel, then sat down at a booth to eat his breakfast. He started work here as a barista in half an hour, but the only bus that took him here left early in the morning, too early for breakfast. Nathan ate slowly, taking his time, and surveyed his surroundings and the city waking up.

David sat there staring at the side of her bed, trying to think of an outcome where another co-leader would be sleeping in his bed. He sighed and rubbed his mouth. He couldn't think of one. He didn't know many people in the group who would make good co-leaders. A lot of the kids were inexperienced.
He looked up when Jaz spoke up for the last time and he nodded, standing and heading across the room
"Will do. Please get some rest now, Jazmine." he said, excusing himself from the room in order to head out into the hall for a breather and a moment to himself

Mishka looked up at the bowl on the table when she pointed it out and sighed. Of course this was something he had coming.
"Of course, Leelah." he replied, moving forwards to take up her bowl, then turn around to head back to the kitchen to clean it up. He was still limping, but it didn't stop him from cleaning out her bowl in the kitchen sink
"How about you go upstairs and make sure your bed is made? And your room is cleaned up. Is morning, should be ready for the day by now." he called to her. He was sure to check, and then perhaps go to his own room to make his bed and change into normal clothes.

She chuckled at the doctor. So unfortunately that it problem will not end well for him. For her as well. Considering the longer she stays around the peacekeeper the higher the risk that she would flame up infront of him. "Thank you for your help. I'll make sure to bring my stuff as long as you make sure to bring yours." She said sarcastically. Of course she always had weapons on her, she was ready for a fight.but thinking she remembered she didn't grab her handcuffs before she left home but she knew she would get them later. She was curious why he was out here. She was just so lucky to see his face even though he was kinda intense sometimes she thought anyways. "So what is the Doctor up to today, what and who's on your list? She asked simply before tossing her finish off apple core in the grass beside her. Signing as she wiped her hands on her black jeans, huffing softly as her as went into her hoodie pockets to warm her fingertips.

Cinder nodded and raised an eyebrow. “I’m not sure if David wants to talk right now. He is probably really busy with various duties.” She thought for a moment about whether or not they should bother the leaders. However, it was likely he’d want to hear about the wolf that had attacked them the previous night. “I guess I’m heading over there anyway and you can tag along. If he’s busy though, it’s best we leave him alone, okay?” She picked up Mavis and began walking in the direction of the leader’s room. Soon enough, the co-leader came into view and she approached him slowly. “Sir.” She stated but quickly realized how upset he was. “If you don’t mind me asking, is everything alright?” She held Mavis on her hip as she spoke, almost laughing at how she had switched from a defender to a caregiver within a few hours.

Smiling lightly, Mavis hoped that David would be up to talk. Or that Jazmine would show up. "Hi!" She said, then groaned, because when she waved her arm grew sore again. "My backs sore... Will we ever run into the wolf again Cinder?" She asked, after she greeted David. "I dont want that to happen..." She pouted. She looked down at the ground. She remembered the rabbit she killed and she shut her eyes. What if David found out and Jazmine found out and she git kicked out?

Then she kicked her miscellaneous items- a couple books, some notebooks, pencils, baseball caps, and more -under her bed. Leelah ran back downstairs to Mishka. "Will you take me into the forest? Jess had woken up with an early start in the day. She had gone outside in the front of the house with a yoga mat and hot cup of tea. Laying the mat down flat, she breathed in deeply and began doing some stretching poses with a few sips of tea in between the moments. It was a great way to wake up and also calm the wolf. Even the wolf enjoyed this moment when no one was bothering them and it was quiet enough to hear a mouse in the distance. It was peaceful for once without the threat of peacekeepers.
