The year is 2040. A new breed of humans has emerged. One with special powers. Every 1 in 200 people is a Vorian, named after Michelle Vorian, the first to exhibit powers in 2027 in the city of Phoenix, Arizona. Now, Vorians are heavily discriminated against by most of Earth's population, save few who believe that everyone is equal, powers or no powers. A group of said Equalists have opened a school for Vorians, on a large empty piece of land in the state where it all started, far from any who believe Vorians shouldn't exist. Both children and adults alike flock to the school, with the hope that things will be different there. Some become teachers and students, others simply seek sanctuary. All are welcome, including Antivorians and Equalists. What of you? Are you an Equalist or Antivorian, adult or child, who seeks shelter or to help those in need? Or are you a Vorian, of any age, looking for a safe place to settle down? Either way, you are welcome and wanted at Eckridge Academy for Equality.
