Alyssa can feel her head starting to hurt, but she ignores it. She can sense that Marley was worried by taking a glance at her. When Marley sits down and puts her hand out, she smiles and takes her hand softly. She sits down by Marley, looking at all the wonders down below them. " This is officially the best place EVER! " She shrieks. Alyssa's head starts to hurt more every minute. She puts her face in her hands and groans while rubbing her head. The pains get worse and tears well up in her eyes. " Marley... " She says, " why is my head hurting so badly? " Tears start rolling down Alyssa's cheeks. Am I going to die? She thought grimly.

Marley chuckled at Alyssa's reaction to the roof. But her smile quickly disappeared when Alyssa put her head in her hands and began crying. "I- I don't know, just- just stay calm." Marley wrapped one arm around the girl's shoulders and looped another underneath her knees, and picked her up. She carried her to the door that led downstairs, where she paused to catch her breath. "It's gonna be okay Alyssa, you- you'll be fine." But her tone suggested otherwise, and the thoughts running through her head were pessimistic. What's going on with her? Is this something to do with her power? Or is she sick? We don't have any medicine! Marley tried to open the door, but couldn't move her hands without dropping Alyssa. "Can you walk, Alyssa? I'll guide you, but I can't carry you anymore."

"Alright." Andrew nodded. At the mention of the guy who bought his drink, he shivered slightly. "Yeah, no thanks. I don't really want to... actually, I might end up over there anyway. I don't want him to think I'm not appreciative, though I kind of hope he doesn't want the company..." He trailed off and watched Nathan walk away. Then, as odd as he felt about it, headed over to join "Mr. Wolf." He leaned against the fence near the strange guy's table separating the registers from the people sitting down. "Hey, you look a little lonely... want some company?"

He kicked the chair across from him slightly so it’d scoot itself out. He then pointed to his own throat, making a refusal gesture. Then pointed on a button on his recorder that said ‘Mute’. He was trying to tell him that he physically can’t speak.

As Marley picks her up, Alyssa clenches her fist. She shrieks with pain. After Marley asks her if she can walk, she very quickly bounds out of her arms and grabs Marley's hand. She puts her empty hand on her head and shrieks again. On the inside, she is hoping only Marley can hear her, but she doesn't know if other humanoids will hear her shrieks of pain. Alyssa, feeling weak from the pain, walks alongside Marley anyways. She starts to breathe faster and looks up at Marley, who she can tell is worried. That's when it started to happen. Alyssa lets go of Marley's hand and falls to her knees, her head down and her hands over her ears, like she can hear a voice. She quietly screams and then slowly lays on the ground, unconscious, but still breathing.

Andrew turned down the invitation to sit by explaining that he was waiting for Nathan, and when he spotted Nathan walking towards him, he said, "Mute, huh? Well that doesn't mean you have to be all alone, does it? Maybe we could all go to the park or something. I have to go to work in about an hour, but I have time to kill now."

She was glad to hear the other was fine with going with her to the store. It meant she would have assistance back to her apartment where she could unload her groceries and perhaps invite him in for tea. She had extra tea and cocoa in her shelves, so there was no need to buy more on this trip.
She brightened and grinned back while nodding back
"It is nice to meet you, I am Fortem." The phone spoke up after she again, typed in more for it to speak.
She typed in something else, but was silent for a second while gesturing for him to follow as she began down the sidewalk.
This time with perhaps, a new buddy to talk with? She pressed a button on her phone and it spoke up
"Why dont you tell me about yourself? If you do not mind?" It said in its robotic monotone voice, only adding emphasis for the question at the end

Marley winced against Alyssa's screams, but tried to ignore them, knowing she could do nothing about them. She managed to drag the screaming girl to the third floor before she dropped to the ground, unconscious. Marley quickly picked her up, and carried her down to the first floor, struggling more now that the girl was unconscious and basically dead weight. Marley stumbled into the front hallway and called out desperately. "Please help! Someone, anyone! Any caretakers? Please, I don't know what I'm doing!" Marley carried Alyssa into the living room and laid her down on one of the couches.

Raine stood in the garden of the house she has grown accustomed to call her own. For now, she enjoyed the nice weather and reminiscing about her old farmhouse and the horse she used to love. Although it brought sadness to her heart to miss being there, she was much happier and certainly safer here.

Artie was hanging around the kitchen, rather bored, when she heard a call of distress from the hall, sounding like Marley. She jumped up, alarmed, rushing to where the source went, which was in the living room, "What's up?" Artie called, but immediately noticed the issue as she glanced down at Alyssa's unconscious body, "Oh. Uh. What happened?" She walked around the couch to get a better look at Alyssa, watching her breathing. She'll be honest, she wasn't the best when it came to comfort or "caretaking", but she was there at the time, and she couldn't just ignore it.

Axel sat on one of the beds in the bedroom in solitude. He fidgeted subconsciously with his hands as he stared dully at the wall across from him. He didn't know if he wanted to deal with people today, or if he even could, but for now, he was comfortable in this silence and loneliness he's created for himself. He supposed it was better that way.

Sterling peaked his head into the living room with curiosity. He saw Alyssa's body on the couch and tiptoed in to be by her side. He crouched next to Alyssa, sitting on his knees, "What happened?" he looked up at Marley and glanced at Artie. He felt the worry radiate off of Marley, which brought more anxiety to Sterling. He touched Alyssa's hand gently, trying to bring comfort to her in her current state, though he never figured out yet if his empathy worked while they were sleeping.

Marley looked at Artemis, fear evident in her eyes. "I don't know what happened! We were on the roof, and suddenly she got a headache and then passed out! I don't know what to do!" She jumped as Sterling appeared beside Alyssa, not having heard him enter. "Alyssa's just having some- uh, problems now. It- I hope it's not serious." Marley looked to Artemis again, utterly confused about what to do.
