personality;; Avery is a soft guy who is pretty motherly despite his age. He has a very gentle nature and always has a gentle and soft smile or a warm and motherly one. Though don't be fooled but his natural gentle and motherly side. He has more bite to him than bark, he has a short and fiery temper with more stubbornness than a mule. Most are amused with how quickly his personality can change, especially since he is a skilled fighter that can't refuge a good challenge. He's not fully good with expressing emotions and when he gets flustered he tends to try and cover it by acting before he usually huffs and turns away. Or when he cries he starts laughing in hopes it would stop his crying.

He gave a small thoughtful nod, a bit of a smile pulling on his lips. "Alright then, it'll be good having someone else for this. Complex kids can be jumpy. Don't push yourself though" He said, more of a command than advice. "If you need to sit down, sit down. I've got a water source and some salted stuff in my cabin if you need something in your stomach. We can head that way, see if we see anyone" He took the other man's uninjured hand to help him up, giving a final glance around the church before gesturing for them to leave, then headed out.

He lead the injured Mark along a shallow dirt path that lead out from the church, ringing the edge of the rather spaced-out cabins and assorted buildings in the area. It was a couple minutes making their way through a cluster of trees, but soon the sound of a burbling stream could be heard, and a few moments later they were at the edge of a clear source of water. He was about to crouch down by the water and pull out a flask from the backpack he had slung around his broad shoulders but instead froze, blinking at the sight of another figure further upstream {Cindy}. "There's one."

Cindy was going to make her way over to the barn. She still had a way to get there as it was closer to the other side of the town.From the corner of her eye, she noticed some movement that turned out to be another person. At first, her thought was he could be from the 'complex' and to run. Then her curiosity started to get the better of her. She just stared at the figure with the tilt of her head. She made sure to keep her injured wrist close to her body to protect it if running turned out to be the best option.

He wiped his mouth with his shirt and rubbed his forehead. He looked down at his hands, that were raw from working on the cabin and he had cut his hands. "Well, back before being taken I worked with my dad in his mechanics shop. Worked on cars and he taught me basic survival skills. So i built a lot of weird stuff." He said with a chuckle. Magnolia smiled politely as the man, Drake, shook her hand. His sister wasn't around, neither was the other guy he mentioned. They were probably out finding food for the group.
When Drake offered food, Magnolia was about to respond, but her brother beat her to it.
"Oh my god! I can go find you some berries!" Myrtle blurted out. "Do you want me to do that?"
Magnolia shook her head at her overexcited brother. "Thank you, Drake. We have not eaten well for a long time, but I would feel wrong taking food without working in return," She explained their situation. "Would you like me to guard camp, or maybe gather some firewood?"
