Hadley sighed and grilled her dogs leash so tight her knuckles turned white. she was nervous. she always is when she has to go towards the city. This time even more so, because she knew she didn't have enough hand sanitizer on her person to dwell in the town for long. "wait a second... Crud!" she thought, and quickly threw the pole in her hand down, and dropping Dukes leash. she searched her pockets and finally ripped out a small bottle of hand sanitizer. using a more than recommended amount on her hands she began scrubbing vigorously on her hands and arms. she started cursing herself as she started looking through her pockets again. she pulled out a pair of crumpled latex gloves and slid them over her hands. "I need to find a box of gloves," she started as bento down to grab the pole again. "I've been on my last pair for a week." she grumbled. Hadley turned to grab Dukes lead again, only to see it and his long tail turning the corner around a building. "Dang!!" she helped, and started chasing the dog down, towards the center of the town.

Vanessa sighed. "You live north?" She asked excitedly. "Thats crazy! Cause I live north also, only its 45 minutes from here, and it's in a small town too!." She said excited. She would finally have a friend. She would not be alone anymore.

How do I not know you we had to go to school together or something… Colt was a big name in that town our family owned the feed shop and my father knew lots of people how do I not remember you?" Julie walks out the store, dog in tow. She pets his head, before then using hand sanitizer she had just raided to clean her hands. She shifts her surgeon's mask, sighing.
