She put her coat and grabbed Duke my the collar, I whistled to Russell and Lucky and they both trotted over, I head towards the door as Hadley follows closely behind me. We move to my house silently, being cautious in case any infected are nearby, Russell trots up ahead and swings his head back and forth sniffing the air. Lucky, however, was close to my side, she had her eyes on Hadley and Duke as they walked next to us, her whole body was tense. I pet her behind her ears and her body relaxed a little, but she still eyed the others wearily. Soon we had made it to my house, my silver truck was parked out front, a pack of dogs was sniffing around the neighboring houses, probably looking for something to eat. My dogs both stood tall and snarled, packs of dogs got pretty mean when they wanted food. Slowly slipping off my bag I took out my gun, in case of emergency, the dogs looked up and turned around as they ran in the other direction.

Vanessa went to the barn and put Titan away. She then started to the house, Cocoa following from behind her. She went in her room and cried on her bed. She then cried herself to sleep, Cocoa lying next to her, comforting her as she fell asleep.
