WeaponsEven in this broken world, weapons can still be found. Things as simple as wooden clubs to things as intricate as riffles and guns. Now that the remainder of humanity has come together, weapons can be produced and sold to the normal people. Though they are nothing special.
Human weapons are classified under three types: normal, enchanted, and demon.
Among each of these types is a tier which goes up to 4. The tier of the weapon shows how reliable, durable, and powerful each weapon is.
Vampire weapons also exist and can only be used by the vampires themselves, they also have a Tier system but theirs go up to Tier 3 only.

xNormal WeaponsNormal weapons are found everywhere throughout Glory City. They are crafted by humans made to be used against humans or animals only. These weapons are completely useless against vampires and demons no matter how high the tier. When these weapons are bought the tier will always be displayed. Tier 4 weapons are extraordinarily rare, and the highest you can usually find is Tier 3. The higher the tier the more expensive the weapon is.
Not everything comes down to the tier though, even Tier 1 weapons could be useful, as these kinds of things are now necessary to survive they are all actually quite good quality.

xEnchanted WeaponsEnchanted weapons can be used to fight the demons and vampires. In the entire city there are only three people who can enchant your weapon, the Resistance leader, the second in command, and the enchanter. All enchanted weapons start as normal weapons and are later brought to the Resistance if they are to be enchanted.
Enchanted weapons cannot be bought, all students possess an enchanted weapon of their choice to aid them in simulations. Each enchanted weapon has a set of runes or markings on them and are linked to one of the four elements: earth, fire, water, and air. Enchantments may lead into the sub categories of these four elements if the one enchanting the weapon deems the owner worth of a more powerful weapon. Sub category enchantments are rare and are considered Tier 3 or 4 enchantments.

xDemon WeaponsThese were crafted by and used by the Resistance. Demon weapons were born from the experimentation of demons. The Resistance has learned how to change a demon or devil's form into that of a weapon. All demon weapons are black and depending on the Tier have either touches of
silver,
green, or
red. These colours represent the tier, black being the lowest,
red being the highest.
It is important to remember that the instant a demon weapon is touched, the demon which formed the weapon will immediately try to possess the wielder. The wielder must then fight off the demon in their mind, whilst they fall into an unconscious state, and even upon winning the demon can speak to them telepathically and through dreams. Demon's in weapons fight by showing their wielder their worst memory. Should the human lose this fight the demon will take over and use the human to rampage. It is rare for the possessed human to return to normal and in most cases they would have to be killed.
Demon weapons can shrink down into an easily transportable item like a ring, necklace, bracelet, stick, etc...
Demon weapons also have three special things about them.
- Demon weapons can become stronger when their given their wielders blood
The wielder will have to convince the demon they are worthy of new power though, this is typically done through hand to hand combat in a state of unconsciousness. If the human loses this fight, they will become possessed by the demon and likely need to be killed. - The demon in the weapon can partially possess a their wielder to enhance their physical abilities

Partial possession makes it easier for the demon to fully possess you, it's want for your body will be constant. The demons in the weapon feed on your desire, the more you want it the more power it'll give you, but again this brings you closer to full possession - The demon in the weapon has one ability based on they type of weapon they form
For example, a demon sword could possess the ability to to fire off a small fan of phantom blades at their opponent, or a demon whip could take away the powers of any creature so long as it is touching the creature, etc...
Demon weapons are extremely difficult to wield, but if used correctly are on par with vampire weapons.

xVampire WeaponsVampire weapons start out at human's Tier 2 enchanted level. Initially, they have a silver blade, however if the vampiric owner verbally commands the weapon to drink its blood the weapon will produce either spikes, thorny vines, or something of the like to pierce through its wielders hand. Doing this will cause the blade to turn red and cause the weapon and the vampire to become slightly more powerful.
All common vampires possess a Tier 1 vampire weapon, all attendants possess a Tier 2 vampire weapon, and all progenitors possess a Tier 1 vampire weapon.
Tier one vampire weapons can only be matched by
green and
red demon weapons.
Anything else will break upon contact.
All vampire weapons cause the target they hit to slowly lose their energy. This only happens when and while the weapon is pierced into the skin. The weapon will absorb the target's energy and become stronger.
