Once Raven withdrew her hand the man placed his on the back of his neck and looked around for a brief moment before speaking again. "So maybe you could show me a place of interest?"
Raven didn't reply straight away, and took a moment to think. During this time she continued to look at Tyler, and could tell that he himself was thinking. She was intrigued to know what was going on in that head of his. Perhaps sticking around a little longer to find out more about this man was a good idea...she didn't have much else to do, at least not right now. Later, yes, but not now.
She wanted to brake through those guards and expose the real man beneath. Raven had done this many times in the past, with many people...she knew how to really get under someones skin. She was also wondering something as she looked at the man before her.
Before she opened her mouth to reply the ringing of a phone sounded from his pocket. Raven watched as he pulled it out and looked at the screen. She noticed a look cross his face for a brief second as he looked at the name. Tyler apologised and walked a few paces away to answer.
Raven continued to watch as he began to talk to whoever was on the phone. She couldn't make out exactly what they were saying, but could hear a few words every now and again.
"everything is going well so far...patience...can't talk at the moment..." Ravens eyes narrowed as the man hit the hang up button on his phone and turned to approach her once again. well well, we have another sheep... she thought to herself.

Tyler looked at her and spoke, "Sorry, overprotective parents." He gave the explanation without hesitation.
Raven nodded once slowly. Then after a moments thought an idea sprang to mind. In one swift movement she reached behind her and retrieved a second helmet, chucking it in his direction.

due to the fact he was alert in the conversation, he was able to catch the item thrown at him out of the blue. He looked at the helmet, unsure if he was prepared to take this form of transport, it would probably have been half the pain if he drove by himself, but driving aback a stranger's motorbike wasn't exactly in his plan today, then again why not. He responded jokingly as he put the helmet on "just don't get us in trouble." The words were much more of a dare than a warning, for he very well knew he looked like trouble and she looked rather daring herself.at the same time though he indeed needed to watch out, his aim here was to stay low, so even if they decided to do something of risk, he'd have to make sure, they, or he doesn't get caught

Raven raised her eyebrow as she watched Tyler catch the helmet straight away without fail. Senses are sharp. She thought.
"You're alert. This is good." She spoke in a low but impressed tone. "There's a bar about 2 leagues away. You don't strike me as the type to turn down a drink." Raven saw this as an opportunity to study this man some more...maybe even get into his head. Oh, how fun that would be...
The woman shifted her position so that she was now in front, revealing the leather seat behind her and placing her strong legs each side of the bike. Before she put on her own helmet she looked back at Tyler.
"Just don't get us in trouble."
There was that mysterious gleam in her eye once again, and one corner of her lips quirked up in a smug smile. "Whats wrong? Afraid of a little danger?" she taunted. She knew that others didn't think of her as the trustworthy type. And she really didn't care.. she knew she couldn't always be trusted..she also knew that she could be very, very dangerous when she wanted to be. Whoever agreed to take her up on any offer would usually be near enough insane...but the woman was unpredictable and a complete mystery, so if anyone ever took the risk they'd be very brave indeed. Raven could tell by the tone of his voice that he was only joking... it seemed to her like more of a dare anyway. However there was no harm in firing back. "Come" she said, tapping the seat behind her.
The day was hot, and being clothed in tight leather wasn't helping. Raven wanted a drink, and some time away from this little diner and its jolly atmosphere.

once his helmet was on he thought for a moment, as the place she chose was not what he had necessarily expected, he needed to be clear minded for this, but he could work something out. "If you say it's worth it." Joining her on the motorbike Tyler was thinking about how to handle this, if he were to get her into an irrational state, he could even discover some valuable information, whether it were to be about who she is, or if she had identified anything peculiar. There was a brief thought of suspicion over the fact that she only gave him her first name, the more fearful hunters would do that, and she looked like she could do some harm, yet at the same time her rather striking appearance is quite the contrary to a hunter. No if she were to be one she'd have probably recognised his initials, then again only the business he works in does this. He was over thinking this without enough valid proof. Either way he can take on a bit of booze so he should be fine as long as he keeps control over the situation.

As she waited for the man to climb onto the back she saw him pause for a moment out of the corner of her eye. She guessed he wasn't expecting her to take him to a bar. Well, you asked for a place of interest. Tyler then joined her on the bike as Raven put on her helmet. Once he was seated she caught hold of his hands and placed them on her hips. "Hold on tight" She murmured whilst she faced away from him, a smirk playing on her lips once again. "We wouldn't want you to fall and ruin that great little haircut of yours now would we?" Without waiting for a reply Raven grasped the handles of her bike and started the ignition again. She checked that all was clear and pulled out of the place she was parked, onto the road.
This shall be fun indeed.

Tyler rarely got to work with people possessing an attitude levelling his, for most of his victims are either the shy type of the courageous, but none of them were ever 'fun' then again their true behaviour always shows when the individual discovers his purpose which made him rather surprised, yet he was looking for more, this was different, new and very much out of his ordinary. Its was hard to say that Tyler lived a boring life, there was always plenty to do, got to live in luxuries he probably wouldn't have ever had if not his job, not to mention the thrill of adrenaline he soon became addicted too. He was rather surprised upon the grasp, but knew to follow it, for now at least. On the outside the whole situation seemed innocent, curious, but Tyler knew people well, he had to to be good as what he does, and he knew enough that the mysterious girl was trying to get information out of him just like he did. On the outside this was just a conversation, two strangers meeting each-other, but in reality this was just a game, and Tyler was very damn well ready to participate, hell he was ready to win the prize, whatever it were to be.

The journey to the bar was not very long. When travelling by Motorbike 6 miles seemed like nothing at all. Raven didn't attempt to talk to Tyler during the drive, she was far too busy concentrating, as well as thinking. The woman thought a lot...probably way too much. She found that her mind could venture to dangerously dark places sometimes...places that normal mortal beings could not handle. The mind was a very interesting thing...
But she was definitely not normal. She knew that, as did the man sitting behind her.
Mortals. She thought the word almost with a sneer. Such clueless beings. It was true. For decades Raven had lived, in this universe the mortals knew nothing of. She had witnessed the shift from the old world to the new. She had observed the birth of science and technology through her visions and rituals, and the way it had evolved through the years. Both were nothing but masters of humanity, bending it to their will and snatching away its ability to have an open mind...controlling how people think and view the world around them...pulling a mask over their eyes. They believed that life was made up of money,careers,romance and daily routines... they lived vulnerable,pathetic lives.
Humanity was a joke, a brainless slave to society and civilisation, to government and royalty. There was much they did not know of the universe around them.
Raven suppressed a dark but beautiful smile. Perhaps that was what they deserved...to be controlled, brainwashed.
She had seen what most would never wish to see...she had felt what no other could imagine. She had experienced love, and she had definitely known loss. But beneath the surface there was more than just loss. There was anger. Boiling anger that sometimes threatened to rear its ugly head. If it weren't for Ravens excellent self control she would have probably ripped those humans to shreds. All of them. But she knew how to push that anger aside and focus on a task at hand, or enjoy a little pleasure...
She was aware that the person sitting behind her was not a magical being. She sensed it. His energy was that of a mortal, or perhaps part mortal...she was still figuring that one out. And yet, although she had loathed the humans for years...she saw other ways of messing with them. She liked to play with their minds, torment them, manipulate them with her beauty. Ruin their lives slowly.
Even though she wanted to play with Tyler's head, alongside that she really was interested in what kind of man he was. Which is what made this time different to her past victims. She also enjoyed the challenging vibe she got from him...it added a little excitement. That and the fact that there was far more to him than people would think...

Raven made a turn and rolled up to a medium-sized building. It was made of brick, painted a deep red. The car park was small...but the bar was, after all, on the outskirts of the town. Not to mention the place was surrounded by forest.
She came to a stop not too far from the main entrance to the building- a set of small double doors, and kicked the stand for her bike to lean against.

The journey was a quiet one. It was rather obvious the duo were lost in thought, both in their own worlds for the time being of the brief journey they took to a new place. He wondered of many things whilst on the road, all from the simple imagining of several situations which are possible ways the next moments would go, all the way to what this would do In the time he'll be here. A pub is a good place to learn about people, as a drunken man will rarely have a padlock on the truth. He knew this moment wouldn't be as he'd wished, if he wasn't working then this day would go much different, much simpler, easier, instead every word that comes out of his mouth has to be precisely thought out. He can't go out of his role either, he had to be careful. Once they came to a stop. Tyler took his helmet off and dismounted the motorbike. Running a hand through his hair he looked at the pub. The fact it wasn't too big was good, hopefully there won't be too many people, for the moment the less the better. After the brief inspection he joined her on the path tonthw entrance of the building.

xxxxx"I'm in it for the sugar, but I guess you could say the same for the comfort," Wolfgang observed, not being extremely open but at least not making lies up about himself- he was good at that, "Salt, huh? I've seen those salt lamps being sold in, um, the more shady parts of town." Wolfgang leaned back in the stool he sat on, grinning as he crossed his arms. He had seen them being sold in local fortune shops (which he was referring to) and sometimes in home stores but he had never understood peoples' attraction to them. "Do they have, like, special healing powers or something? The last time I went into a fortune shop the guy working there tried to convince me to buy one because of 'healing powers' it has or somethin'- I'm not easily persuaded, girl," Wolf laughed a little as he tilted his head, glancing over to the girl before hinting that he meant no harm in his comments, "Although you can't persuade me to buy a rock with healing powers, I do think they look nice."

xxxxxWhen Amelia mentioned that she would be interested in meeting up again, Wolfgang nodded as he smiled, holding in a secret excitement about meeting the girl again. They seemed to get along well upon first meeting one another, and he hoped that their positive interactions would continue if they agreed to see each other again. He didn't exactly like everyone he met (despite showing charm and faking interest), but he had confess that he did hold an actual liking towards the girl. "A botanist? I've never actually sat down and spoken to a botanist before this- I guess now I think they're quite nice. And money that comes easy and eating out every night? Girl, if I were you, I wouldn't even worry about cooking- I would go to restaurants every day," Wolfgang playfully gave a smile in Amelia's direction before scratching an ear, wondering what day would be good for them to meet up together, "..So, uh, you 'wanna meet up for dinner sometime? I can take you anywhere you want. I'm pretty much free every day this week also, but I'm play'n some music in a show in few nights on Thursday. ...So do you want to meet sooner? Later? You can choose the date- I mean, if you're interested." [I've decided to make Wolf a musician for his profession.]

viola ate up the last few bits of her donut and thoroughly wiped her fingers on her napkin. with a quick glance around at her surroundings, she removed the messenger bag from atop her bird. underneath viola's messenger sat a very disheveled argent, who now resembled more of a feather duster than an actual bird.

"aw, you poor thing," viola said, beginning to smooth out argent's feathers in an apologetic manner. unconsciously viola scratched at her thighs, but quickly stopped doing so once she realized what she was doing.

apparently some very minor, mostly unnoticeable, but very annoying cat characteristics would remain, even when viola was a human. for example, viola had the habit of now scratching her nails on things, and often little noises like a twig cracking or the sound of a mouse pattering across the floor would trigger a reponse in viola's nails; it caused her nails to grow sharper; a bit too sharp. helpfully, viola also had the bad habit of chewing her finger nails, so she didn't need to trim her nails too often.

as for viola's scratching habit, both of her thighs had cuts in them from where viola had scratched, and they bled on a daily basis. viola was quite sure she'd have two permanent scars on her thighs, which was why viola often wore shorts that at the very least, covered most of the parts above her knees in summer, no matter how hot it was.

viola stretched luxuriously in early spring sun, which was pouring invitingly in through the window. what viola longed to do was to run wild through a field full of wild flowers.
"what a nice day," viola murmured, stroking her bird while simultaneously keeping her bird out of view. "it'd be lovely to visit a park or something...maybe the park would do good?" viola said thoughtfully. she had begun scratching her nails unconsciously against the table.
a very little part of viola wanted for her to change into her animal form and take a nice run in the forest - however, viola had swore to herself that she would never change into her animal form unless it was an absolute emergency. never again. a black-footed cat, that belonged in africa, would stand out too easily in esben. at the same time, the black-footed cat was not very well known, and looked very simliar to your everyday tabby cat.
"no," viola said. she was now quite literally talking to herself. "i think i'll go for a nice stack of pancakes. our plans can wait."
