phoenix punched the bag harder and harder each time, her heart beating in sync with her hits. she knew that liv was watching her which made her nervous. usually people didn't watch her train but she knew that it was different because liv was her closest friend. soon exhaustion overcame her, she leaned against the punching bag, tears springing in her eyes.
