They smile. "Thanks." They pause, thinking. "I only got him recently. Maybe a couple months ago."

"it sucks you had to leave him" he said and frowned.

They frown slightly. "Mum didn't like him." They look a bit worried, then they seem to relax a bit. "He'll be fine though. Gavin, my older brother, he likes Cheese. So he'll take care of him for me." They still look a bit worried.

"it'll be fine" raven said and huffed quietly. "your brother sounds like he will watch over him"

"I've been writing him letters lately," they say quietly. "Since he's the only one whose been responding to anything I write, to him or not." They rub their arms.
