The Peace Treaties. (Open and Accepting!)

Plot
Unbeknownst to humans, they had four species of supernatural beings living alongside them for years, in secret. Vampires, werewolves, djinns and shapeshifters. For a long time, everything was fine. No suspicions were raised, and the supernatural beings were careful to not reveal themselves. However, thanks to slip ups made by several members of each supernatural species a few years ago, that quickly all changed. Humans - scared, angry and perhaps feeling betrayed - turned against the creatures that were now revealed. They fought against each other, driving each other back, forcing a war. That was until recently, when the world council decided to propose a peace treaty - humans and the supernatural beings will coexist peacefully, just as they did before. After all, nothing was exactly different, it was just that now, the humans were aware of the creatures. However, to seal the treaty - and prove that humans and the supernatural beings could live together, it was decided that the child of each creature's Alpha would be married to a human.

While some were opposed against the idea, the treaty was agreed on anyway. The selected humans were sent to live in a grand mansion, where the four Alphas (and their children) would also be staying. There would also be a meetings over the course of a few weeks, to finalise the agreement terms (such as the chosen humans cannot be bitten, or otherwise turned, at any time, otherwise the treaty would be broken). Then, the weddings would be set to take place.

It wouldn't be all easy, though. Creatures and human alike protested against the treaty, and the chosen humans and Alphas' children had not actually even met each other before now. Some questions were swiftly answered with a solution - for example, since humans would grow older, would the process have to be repeated every 70 or so years? The answer (which only raised more questions about ethics, and validity) was that the legendary Golden Apples will be sourced, and each human will have the chance to take a bite from one at their wedding ceremony. This will cause the human to become immortal - to aging, at least - and will therefore mean that the treaty would only need to be carried out that one time.

Will the agreement fall through? Or will it be carried out successfully?

Jacob looked around the corridor as he was escorted by a couple of supernatural creatures - he wasn't entirely sure who they were, and he didn't really care. He had little in the way of caring for them. His attention was more drawn to the objects that lined the walls of the corridors in glass cabinets. Amulets and other artifacts. In fact, he was pretty sure that he spotted a cursed ruby and amethyst necklace that he knew would fetch a handsome sum of money to one of his regular clients. However, it wasn't long until they came to a room - a guest bedroom that was fully furnished with a large closet, a double bed, a chest of drawers, a desk with a chair, and several shelves around the room- and he was made to go inside. The door closed behind him, and a 'click' indicated that it had been locked. Jacob frowned slightly. So far, he had resisted arguing and fighting back, but now he had been locked in the room... he turned to see that a sliding window would lead out onto a balcony, so he went out onto it. He was three floors from the ground, so - he quickly realised - trying to jump down would not turn out well for him.

Darius was in a meeting room with several of the other World Council members, and the Alphas of each supernatural being. The meeting had just finished, and it had involved discussing exactly when the other meetings would take place with the chosen humans and the Alphas' children, so that terms of the contract could be discussed. It was meant to take no longer than 3 weeks, and the Golden Apples would be acquired during that third week. He soon left the meeting room, carrying a binder filled with documents and other bits of paper, and a folder of this meeting's - and previous meeting's - notes. He despised the entire arrangement, and that had been no secret in earlier meetings. However, this was one of very few times that he could not make the majority agree with him. That was irritating.

Darren glances about his bedroom. He was unsure on why he was here. It was strange and he hoped he would be able to go home soon. He hated having to stay in an unfamiliar place with unfamiliar beings

I looked around the room I was in and appreciated the view. The silly guards had left a window unlocked, so I'd be able to leave if I wanted. I quickly shifted to a wolf and had a sniff around my new territory. The guards had already locked me in but I wanted to see if there were any other ways out, as well as check to see if anything bad was in my room. From what I could find, the window was the only way out, and no-one had been in the room for the past few days. What a shame.

a sigh falls from the lips of the djinn heir as he sat down in one of the plush armchairs in his new room in the mansion. "i'll certainly have to redecorate this lot.." he says to himself, green orbs darting about the sparse space. his father had directed him here earlier, but of course he had shushed any of aristotle's attempts at a question.

"If it's not too much trouble, can Eliza and I share a room? If not, at least give her a room near mine." She asked her escorts quietly as she entered her room on the 4th floor, sighing lightly when they locked the door behind them as they left without a word. "Not very friendly." She sighed as she threw her knapsack onto her bed; it's not like she had anything too important in there. She walked out onto the balcony and looked down, seeing a man. She breathed in cautiously, trying to figure out what he was. I think he's human? Doesn't smell completely human, like it's kind of mixed with a whole lot of others... She blinked stupidly before shrugging and hopping over the balcony railing, landing in a crouched position on the railing of the balcony below her; she almost fell forward onto the person, but somehow got her balance back. "Hello? Sorry for dropping by down here."

After I explored the room, I shifted back and unpacked my bags, wondering why I was here. I had seen some other locked rooms and figured they also had people in them but noticed with surprise that all of them were separated from each other. Same with mine. "Hmmm." I wondered why the doors were locked. Especially when all the rooms were guarded by supernaturals. Three on each door, and I'd noticed the ones guarding my door were a Vampire, a Werewolf and a Djinn, so decided the same system must be used for the other rooms. I lay down on my bed, and fell asleep to the sound of a wolves howl. Animal sounds had always helped me sleep.
