Melody answered, " I only get eleven feet , when I'm the serpent. " She states," I guess it is kind of cool to have another shifter around. " Melody went next to Nikita just to have a friendly conversation with him .

Vincent knew Alabaster had a point, and sighed while letting go of Atlas, who bounced off to get a cookie
"Youre right.. I'm sorry.." he huffed and frowned slightly
"Im just still very on edge.."
And glanced out to the couch again to watch the two sleep
"Now uh.. tell me who the girl is again?"

Nikita looked over at Melody. "You know I'm not the only Shapeshifter here besides you, right?"

Alabaster looked over at Ashe and Vendetta. "Oh, that's Ashe. My adopted sister."

Melody answered, " I know, it's just that when I go out , I end up in trouble and I don't really socialize that munch either. She sighed thinking that Nikita thought that she was boring to talk too. Melody turned back to him.

Rin looked back over to Silence, her composure apparently regained. "It's alright," she said, albeit, not too convincingly. "If it weren't for you, I'd probably never even have a chance of talking about it." There was a pause before she spoke again. "It's not good to keep your feelings bottled up for too long. At least, that's what she'd always say." Rin added, looking away from Silence, yet again, directing her attention this time to the ground.

Vincent nodded while sighing
"Alright.. So we have nothing to worry.." he assured himself while glancing to the side
"I won't worry.. no more worrying.."

Alabaster sighed softly in relief. "I'm glad. Plus I'm sure Ashe will keep him in line." he assured him, then returned his gaze to them as they slept on the couch, though Ashe stirred slightly and mumbled a few things in her sleep.

Silence stood up and dusted herself off. "I know you're not as okay as you seem.. So would you like a hug?" she asked Rin softly. She knew the darkness and hopelessness that loneliness could bring and hated to see anyone consumed by it.

Nikita smiled a bit more, flashing sharp, pearly white teeth. "Well I suppose I'm lucky to be one of the few you've interacted with." he concluded.

Melody answered, " Yes, you are." She felt at ease talking with Nikita now. Melody turned around to see her dog pawing at the window. She said simply, " No, Baliey. " Melody turned back to Nikita.

Vincent shook his head
"Lets just hope he stays asleep.." he said while moving to nab a cookie to munch on

Nikita's eyes followed Melody's to the window and he chuckled. "You have a dog? He's so cute." he said, his voice a little less brooding and more cheerful.

Alabaster sighed and went to grab another cookie himself, but jumped and shrieked as Ashe was jolted awake with a screech. Both of them were stiff, panting, and stared at each other with wide eyes. "I'm so sorry." Ashe whispered, only getting a small, wordless squeal of protest and outrage from Alabaster in reply.
