After about 3 minutes I find the beast groaning with a paw up

"Aww are you hurt sweetie? Let me take a look." I say with the voice you talk to puppies with
"Oh did you step on a mean old rose bush?" I asked the big bubbly beast
He whimpered
"I'll get that off you in a second this may sting a little" I warn him while plucking the full bush off its foot
"There, better?" I asked
He roared with approval
"Aww that's my big boy" I say as I hug his neck
