With the cabbage knocked from his hand and onto the floor, Yoshida wasn't surprised by why Nagoya did so. With a light chuckle, he put his sandwich back together and bit into it. It wasn't anything special really, but it would keep his stomach quiet and him fed till there was something else to eat. Balling up the little baggie it was in, he held it in his clenched hand before sighing softly. "Hey Nagoya, you want to go to the campfire with me and see what's the plan for today?"

Even though Mika had said there wasn't a particular reason, Asuza was still curious as to what even brought him to ask that. He figured it'd be obvious but then again, this guy was a vampire so it did make a little sense. However, that still didn't explain why he'd been so suddenly defensive. The thought left his mind at the offered explanation that the blond suddenly decided on. Asuza's expression showed both puzzlement and curiosity. He prepared himself to listen attentively to him when he was ready.

The breeze that seemed to pass by every few seconds managed to calm down his flushed face, and Hibuki managed to look back at Ezra without stammering or screwing up on his words. "You haven't eaten?" He looked up at the clouds for a brief moment as if trying to think of something. "I'm sure someone around here has food." Hibuki's gaze was straightened as he stared up ahead. Maybe he could ask that Mutsumi chick for some food, or if it really came down to it, he could try asking those around him. Sure, he had a stack of lollipops with him at all times, but that contained no nutrition, something that Hibuki didn't want to give to Ezra. His eyes flicked back and forth, examining the area and looking for someone that could possibly have some food. "There," he locked his gaze on Mutsumi, the bright, bubbly and annoying girl that seemed like she'd have snacks on her. Wandering over to her with Ezra's hand still in his, Hibuki stared down at Mutsumi with both an annoyed and hard gaze. Now that he was there, he really didn't know how to start off the conversation; should he say 'please give us food'? 'Food now'? 'Share'? Hibuki was at loss for words, so he was basically just staring at her.

Carla, being the lone ranger that he was, had been heading towards the campfire till he saw someone on their phone run off into the forest. He wasn't too sure what it was about but he did follow just a bit till he lost track of their whereabouts. Thinking he'd just turn back considering his little investigation was over, the sound of a gunshot caught his attention, his head snapping in the direction it came from. Heading over, he managed to finally see two figures ahead. Staying behind a tree, Carla listened in on the conversation. He didn't hear the male's voice but the other that responded he instantly recognized to be Mercy. With the side of his index finger pressed against his bottom lip and thumb under his chin, Carla thought just what the hell was going on. It was really strange to him but before he could really think too far into it, he took notice to the sound of movement and took his leave. It was strange seeing Mercy there and not in her usual looks. Heading towards the campfire, he spotted Asuza but was much too distracted to even consider bothering his brother.

With Hibuki's question on the fact she hadn't eaten, she shook her head in response. Just actually think about food was enough to make her stomach demand it and she did hope someone actually had something to eat they were willing to share. Following him as he took the lead to the campfire once again, Ezra glanced around seeing just a couple more people from when she was here previously. She'd been mildly distracted to the point that, upon hearing Hibuki say 'there', she jump a bit at looked in the direction he was looking, seeing Mutsumi. Well, she assumed it was her. As they approached, she looked towards the boy holding her hand still and tilted her head a bit, wondering why he had such a annoyed, hard gaze on her. Just from that, she figured this was definitely Mutsumi, remembering how he described her yesterday. With a chuckle as Hibuki didn't say anything yet, Ezra turned her gaze back to the girl with her usual smile. "Do you happen to have something to eat or know anyone that might who is willing to share?", she asked her, the question just flowing so naturally.

She hovered over the ground and looked around,"Hey Fallon,See anyone?"she asked and spotted Carla before he left,
Her pupils shrinked,''Lock enemy sight"Fallon said and smirked,"now be a good girl and see what
he offers".

Mercy nodded and she flew over to Carla in a flash,"what are you doing here"she narrowed her eyes.

His attempt to not be noticed failed greatly as Carla saw Mercy before him. Her question caused him to raise a brow, wondering why she even had to ask. It was probably a dumb idea not to answer, even if he hated being acts obvious questions. "Just checking out this little exchange between you and that guy. Yet, I could ask you the same thing Mercy. It's a little bit sketchy going off into the forest to meet someone don't you think?", he replied in a curt way, his arms crossed over his chest loosely. He didn't consider if it'd possibly cause a problem for him, as it was a habit, but he did like Mercy enough to not be completely rude in his wording.

Mercy was acting fairly different than he was use to, not that he'd seen the many sides to her to begin with. It was a little unsettling to Carla but he actually stayed fairly relaxed about it all. His eyes narrowed a bit when she played with his hair. "Hm, bad things happen anyway no matter where you are. Wouldn't you agreed? So let's just cut to the chase. What are you imply right now?" Carla felt like he was prey caught in a spiders web, knowing he had little chance of escaping unless he played his cards right.
