Jace couldn't help but let a soft chuckle leave him as the hatchling sat down on him, "Hey, get off me! You're not that small you know, you're pretty big." He told it as he tried to push it off of him. As he struggled with the hatchling, he couldn't help but look into his blind looking eyes. "I'm kinda surprised. I mean, Dark.. You and Raj found me in tunnels like these when we first met... I wasn't blind like these hatchlings." Jace said as he lifted his hand up to the hatchlings head and began petting it. Brushing his hand past the hatchlings eye he tried to see if it would reflect his image, maybe this one wasn't actually blind. Looking to Aneza then back at Dark, Jace spoke up. "We wont know till we go and look... We're running out of time as it is." He said before finally giving the hatchling another push, this time he was able to get on his feet before the little/big guy could pin him down again. "Sorry, I can't really play right now." He spoke kindly and softly to the hatchling before patting its head. Yeah, the hatchlings earlier were mighty creepy but this one wasn't all that bad.. maybe they all just wanted some company? Then again this one could of been the only one that wasn't like the others and knew it.

Rajani was resting peacefully, among the cows and chickens. The blood on her assassin attire had dried, the once sticky mess was now dried with pine needles and straw stuck in it. Her long wavy black raven hair laid spread out across the straw covered stall where her head rested. There was blood dried to her mouth and under her nostrils, overall she looked like she was in pretty bad shape. Being an assassin her weapon was nowhere in sight, she lost it along the way along with her hood that once cover her face. Through her deep sleep, and somehow through the noise of the livestock, Rajani picked up the sound of the man rushing into the mob of cows to see what was the matter with his herd. Opening up her eyes slowly she looked at him. Her pale blue eyes would tell the man she was exhausted, very ill, and from the looks of her wounded. The chickens nesting around her quickly moved as Raj began to have a coughing fit, blood slowly slid down the corner of her mouth, all the while her eyes never left the lad. She seemed to be waiting for him to cut her down, she was trespassing on his farm after all.

Akenehi watched as the small feline seemed rather displeased with Akenehi's presents. "She's doing her task properly, boy." Akenehi told the elven lad who seemingly had back up a great distance. Akenehi smiled at her as she quoed, this feline was a rather interessing creature, there was so much more for Akenehi to rediscover... after all she's only rescently awaken once again. Watching as the cat relaxed and began nosing the herbs, "They will help the human greatly." She spoke softly to the feline, about that time she watched as her eyes led her to the elven man and his human company. "Thank you." She said before standing back up with the herbs in hand. "Boy, follow me." She told him with a flick of her hand in the direction in which they were going to head. Gently she place the herbs back in her bag and began walking in Echon's and Fawns direction. She didn't want that human to worsen her condition. Normally, Akenehi would show humans the least amount of concern but this human was different, she could tell just from a glance. Traveling at a desent pace, Akenehi quickly enough caught up to the elven man and the human women. Standing a few yards away from the two of them, at this point they hadn't noticed her yet. Knowing it would be better for her to speak up instead of stand silently like a hunter after her prey, Akenehi spoke gently but clearly and confidently to the two of them. "I only wish to help." She told them before reaching into her herbal bag and pulling out the herbs that would help the human women. Puling the herbs out of the bag slow and easily, she held them out to eleven man in hopes he'd take them and be thankful for her assistance but not all elves would be so thankful for a strangers help rather not many were like that.

Le Hatchling (¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

The creature let's out a small whine at Jace as he pats it's head and it knew that they would have to leave,they didn't belong in the caverns but instead to the outside where there was always light,no matter the time of day. It stands before looking up at the hole and letting out a chirp before spreading it's dragon-like wings and flying up to it. The hatchling looks down at it's new 'friends' before letting out another chirp and beginning to run through the tunnel,and back to the cavern where Anezä rolled the boulder away to discover the tunnel it was now in. It scurries out before looking around for the secret exit that it only managed to find when it was too late already for it's kind to escape,and after a while of sniffing and looking around it finds a stone wedged against a large boulder,but the hatchling couldn't move the stone to roll the boulder,as the boulder was leaning against the stone and the stone was in the way of the boulder.

(This will be my new background character,a hatchling of an unknown species. Yes. :3)

Ember turned towards Luck, cringing at his dumb question. I've answered this how many times?! And he still doesn't remember?! It took her a moment before she gained the courage to answer him once again. "It's...Ember..." She tried to hide her pained voice, but it still seemed obvious in her opinion. I can't believe I even fell for him... She closed her eyes, her heart pounding. Every time she looked at him, the more anger she felt. The more she liked him. The more she wished she hadn't been on that one patrol. The more she wished she could be with him. Maybe...Maybe there's still something left to salvage. She shook her head, not wanting to keep her hopes up high. He fell in a short coma, forgot everything about me, about us, and I still think there's something left. I mean, I must sound crazy! The girl opened up her eyes, staring at Luck. But his attention was drawn more towards the village. She deeply sighed, watching as he soon turned back towards them. She looked down at the ground, forcing a pained smile, as if everything was fine. There was too much going on at once. Dark would soon find out that she had disobeyed him, went to Luck only to find out he had no visible memory, got attacked by the knight who went by the name Seth - There was no way of getting out of this mess. She glanced at the boy who seemed excited to tag along, and her smile gently faded. I wonder if he still cares for me...

Sage started to crawl once again before Muscari had picked her up, placing her back into her first position. Kidnap? Behead? The words were new to her, and especially confusing. There were no clues to hint what they had meant. Just words. Jack and June had always pointed at something and said something, such as hot, or cold, or sharp. There always was something. I...Um...Just got to do it myself. Yeah, I'm a big girl! She hesitated before pointing at Muscari's face. "Bee-Head!" The little girl took a moment before putting her hand down, no longer pointing at the knight. It wasn't too hard, changing up the word to match what she believed it was. See, I taught myself that! Well, the calm and quiet moment was over very soon. The two knights began to argue with one another, and it was too quick for her to actually understand what they had said. There were too many words going on at the same time. Words that she didn't understand. Whenever she tried to figure out what they had meant, a new one would pop up. And then the horse started to move when she had least expected it to go. She nearly slipped off, but quickly leaned forward, grabbing Muscari's armored cloths. Maybe they'll take me to my mom and dad. That cheered up her mood a bit, wanting to be under their protection.

✦ Jace and Anezä discussed a way to escape amongst each other, leaving Dark to glare openly at the little hatchling as Anezä stated she might keep it. The little blind hatchling, who appeared harmless, but lived in this place for who knows how long. Who feed off things like vultures. Tearing shredding - he caught himself getting off track and blinked away the thoughts. Dark Shadow folded his arms over his chest and cold, dripping attire. 'I don't trust it...' He mused to himself. '....' Personally there was nothing about the hatchling itself that displeased him, and he knew this, but a hatred festered inside him for it, even as it chirped and nipped playfully at Jace. It's clouded white eyes wide and shimmering from the lagoon's reflection. 'Oh Ancients just leave me.' He hummed to himself, brows gritting together as his teeth had as it seemed to move closer to him. Then, as he thought it was about to interact with him, it rushed upwards through the hole over the man's head, and out of sight. Relief passed over his shoulders. "Alright, let's get going..." He spoke, trying to make it sound like nothing was wrong, despite how tense he appeared. "We can check for an exit. I'm sure there's one somewhere." Dark Shadow coughed lightly, and shifted into his midnight black dragon, blinding blue eyes blazing as he passed the three others a sideways glance. 'Now for Light...' Eyeing the passed out dragoness, he smiled and lifted his sights onto the lad. "Jace. Can you care for Light while she's out?" The Alpha requested humbly, just before sweeping his head to look up at the gaping cavern hole. He frowned at the idea of the hatchling up there, probably awaiting them. ✦

☭ The clipping sun was brought to an end and night crept across the land, soothing Krogoth as he strolled alone down a trail of sorrows. Arms swinging by his side, there was nothing, no sound or disturbances nearby, nothing that could keep his mind off his fruitless task. It was vague, unneeded, this journey to no where was a very long one. His eyes hung aimlessly ahead, tired, cold, and distanced. Krogoth's lips were curled back in icy contempt. There were shadows around every corner, and annoyances, except here, things seemed to be quiet and far from any signs of a civilization. 'I remember passing through that damn village,' he scoffed dirtily beneath his breath. 'Those damn travelers can't mind their own business, can they.' The wrinkling of his nose caused his steel blue eyes to darken, and despite the cool night's breeze, there was still a heat at his face. He gave a stout puff, and blew air through his lips, and hung his head, kicking at the dirt as he ambled, the sword creating a vague ding sound as it was moved.
'This place is nice. No people. No animals. No sound....' Gradually a bit of sorrow came sinking into his face. But he shook it off angrily and felt the tiredness of his eyes once again. 'How long has it been...two...three days since I've slept...' Probably, but he didn't want to dwell on it. The man lifted his gaze and having done so, a sudden, pungent scent struck his nose. 'A farm...' But the odor wasn't the farm, it was blood, and not just any. 'Dragon's blood. Of course...that stench is so damn strong isn't it...' Naturally, Krogoth kept walking and hadn't turned from the forest, to investigate a mere pesky dragon on a pesky farm. Interacting was not on his mind, but as he strolled a few yards from the stench and was about to move passed it entirely, his dragon instincts called to him and pleaded to help his kin, 'no.' He clamped his eyes shut and drew back his lips. 'Cussed dragons. Can't I just be left in peace!' Krogoth had very keen instincts, and that also meant, he couldn't consciously leave another dragon to die. But was it instincts or himself? Krogoth blamed instinct. He didn't care of course. 'Which is what I was trying to avoid,' he huffed bleakly and threw his chin over his shoulder in a dreary gaze. 'Fine....just this once...' Crinkling his nose, he dragged himself forcefully from the forest and silence, up to a barn where an assortment of animals were kept. Krogoth kicked at a few stray chickens to shoo them off, brushed a goat aside. The more got in his way the grouchier he became. "Get out of my way." He snarled, and gradually came around the structure to the door where the scent was most pungent. His conscious tugged him, saying to help this poor - probably stupid - dragon. 'Who, probably did something risky and got itself in this position...'and I have to clean up after it?' A grumble swept his lips. Krogoth pulled the door back, and spotted what seemed to be a farm boy, the owner of this property, and a raven haired, ice blue eyed woman dressed in an assassin getup. 'No wounds.' Krogoth noticed with a scowl. He came forward and glowered menacingly at the farm boy as if to say 'back off' before approaching the woman and sending her an equally not amused look. "Now why the hell are you here...and make it quick, before I change my mind." ☭

⚜ Something dangerous snapped within him, and a very misinterpreted smile came sneaking onto his face. 'Defiance.' There it was all gleaming, shimmering, so very, picturesque. "Excuse me? You are also the reason why all of this happened." That one phrase, kept repeating in the remnants of Seth's mind, over and over, scratchy like a broken record. The Knight's eye twitched, along with his lips. 'Ohhh...' He mused and turned his stallion around, whom snorted thickly and shuddered its blackened pelt. 'Now I'm tempted, to squash - this pesky annoyance.' Gleaming under the now rising moonlight, Seth Bones approached Muscari like the grim reaper itself. His sword struck the night sky as it was shifted. There was a foreboding aspect to him, even to his cape which flowed slowly in the wind, this was a very dangerous game, and while Seth was playing, Muscari had not been. "Caarefuuuul, boyyy," His grin twisted beneath the helmet disguise, his voice, whisked and ghostly. "Don't be getting a brain now, Musky, what I say goes. And what I want - happens." Noticing the defensive posture the Knight now had, Seth lifted one hand elegantly, and flicked his pointer finger side to side in a 'nuh uh' motion. "I give you a word of advice, since you have are so dear to me - watch your head....before you lose it. Now come to my side and be an obedient pet." ⚜

A bitter feeling burnt inside Mucari, hearing Seth causing the guard to stiffen. The small child seemed to have called him something, maybe a bee wife? Blinking in confusion, he whipped his head towards her, no, not her, it. 'She has the comedy of a child...' The thought wavered in his mind before Muscari had Dog continue to trot forward, passing Seth. Avoiding eye contact with the beast who was threatening, his attention snapped to the young girl. Questions bubbled in his mind, Dog's loud and hard trot echoing when his hoof hit the cobblestone path. 'Why does she have such fine clothes? And where did she learn the speak? Why was she in the village..?' After his pondering questions piled higher and higher, he at last softly asked the girl, trying to squeeze the information out of her. "So.. champ, what brought you here to the village?" Muscari tried to ask in a calm matter, his eyes locked on the castle growing near. When he spoke the words, Muscari shuddered in disgust, not used to speaking with children. The closest thing he had spoken to a child would be the boy from the stables with the face covered and attacked by tiny red dots. His fingers tapped the reins, the guard impatient for the answer.

He nodded slowly, Luck shifting his weight. The red he- Ember seemed to be annoyed. 'Had I already asked?' Luck blinked, directing his gaze back to Ember. "Ember" He tested the name on his tongue, the word rolling off with ease. He said it in a low tone, repeating the word over and over again. Luck rolled to his belly, crawling towards Khon. 'I really don't want to have anything to do with the village...' The thought was guilty, but it was true. What could he do with some fire breathing dragons? They can't breath water, lightning, mist, light, or any of that stuff, right? The hair along his nape was bristled, Luck unsettled by how huge the giant winged lizard was.

Ember just stared as Luck slowly crawled towards them, as if he were afraid. For goodness sake, I don't have all day. She grabbed a hold of a tree, trying to see if there was any way she could change into her dragon form. She closed her eyes tightly, trying to find the strength, but she remained a human. The more she tried, the weaker she had become. There was a piercing screech that rung through her ears, giving her a slight headache and causing her to give up for a moment. Her body slowly fell the she ground as she breathed heavily, grabbing a hold of her stomach as it throbbed in pain. She bared her teeth in a pained manner before she tried again, this time with much more effort. She could soon feel her body morphing into the red dragon, and soon enough, she was the scaly beast. She wobbled to a stand, feeling exhausted. Ember turned to Luck, staring into his blue eyes. "Let's get going..."

There was a moment of silence for a moment, and it made her feel a bit uncomfortable. Especially by the was Muscari just stared at her, as if he knew everything about her. And not in the positive way. The silence that revolved around her just continued. Was it something I said? Was it something I did? Soon afterwards, the man had at last spoken to her. She opened her mouth for a second, trying to think of what to say. "Well, um, my daddy was getting something at a...um...a store and we live not too far away...I think..." The little girl's eyes rolled upwards, trying to remember what more to say. "Oh! And, um, my daddy goes there a lot, so I always come with him because I like to and he gets very sad if I don't come. But if I don't come, me and my mommy play." She remained still, trying to see if there was something else to say. "Will I come back to my mom and dad soon? They'll miss me and I'll miss them."

Jace watched the hatchling for a moment, he could see in it's hazy eyes that it didn't particularly want them to leave. "Sorry little guy." He said to it before watching the hatchling take flight and re-enter the whole that the four of them had fallen down. Well, Jace had fallen down, the others were rather graceful about their entrance. Jace's eyes followed the hatchling up to the whole, but quickly his eyes shot from the whole to Dark. He really didn't like that hatchling did he? Jace stared at Dark for a moment longer before turning his attention to Light, she was sleeping soundly on the cavern floor. The expression on her face was pleasant and soft, Jace couldn't help but feel his attraction to her grow stronger. What was it about this dragoness that aroused such an emotion in his chest... was it because she was different from the other dragons? Was it because he'd never seen her kind before? He didn't know. Soon Dark's voice broke Jace's gaze on Light's sleeping face, "Alright, let's get going..." Jace quickly nodded his head, Dark seemed to be trying his best to hide his discomfort with the hatchling. "We can check for an exit. I'm sure there's one somewhere." Dark's voice spoke up again, "Yeah there is bound to be one up there.. If not then I can always try and make another one." He joked, probably wasn't the best joke for the situation he put them in moments ago. Rubbing a hand through his snow white hair Jace chuckled a little before turning his blood red eyes to Dark as he spoke his name, "Yeah, no problem." He said with a bit of a smile spread across his lips, "She really ware herself out didn't she." Jace muttered as he came to her side and picked her up before shifting into his pure white dragon form. His mirror like scales reflected the dimming lagoon water, along with the rest of their surroundings making it rather hard to focus on Jace... it was as if he was invisible. Holding Light gently in his talons he pulled her close to his chest to prevent from dropping her. "After you." Jace said with a smile to Dark. Looking over at Aneza Jace wondered if she was alright to fly, the look of worry clearly in his crimson gaze. "Aneza... can you fly alright or do I need to carry you as well?" He asked her curiously.

As Rajani tried to focus her pale blue eyes on the farmer, she could hear the sound of another coming closer... no.. this wasn't another human, it was a Dragon. "J-" she tried to speak she was in hopes it was Jace or Dark coming to her aid. But as the dragon came through the barn opening, she could tell the blurry image before her was not the image of Jace or Dark.. This man was not as tall as Dark, and did not have the silent steps that Jace moved with. Who was this man?... Narrowing her eyes, Rajani's body tensed up, her human pupils turned to slits as her body reacted to the sudden feeling of fear enter her heart. She tried to pull her self backwards through the straw, but her efforts failed. A frosted mist began leaving her mouth, along with blood that trickled down the side of her mouth. "S-st-" She tried to tell him to stay back but the only sound leaving her lips was the cracking of her blood filled lungs. Suddenly, her pale eyes widened as a striking amount of pain hit her causing her to double over into a ball on her side in the straw. Leaving her maw was a pain fill draconic scream, what was left of the cows and chickens within the barn quickly left in a hurry. Chicken feathers flew through the air and the sound of cow bells rushed away from the barns interior. Soon the barn was filled with silence again, Rajani laid trembling on her side. 'Help me.. if you can just help me... ' her mind was crying out for help, something Rajani rarely asked for, but as any dying creature she was clinging on to any bit of hope for life. "H-elp.... m-" the red, thick liquid began spreading across the straw from her maw. Her icy blue eyes were locked on the figure before her, the dragon whom followed her scent to the barn.

Akenehi watched as the small feline seemed rather displeased with Akenehi's presents. "She's doing her task properly, boy." Akenehi told the elven lad who seemingly had back up a great distance. Akenehi smiled at her as she quoed, this feline was a rather interessing creature, there was so much more for Akenehi to rediscover... after all she's only rescently awaken once again. Watching as the cat relaxed and began nosing the herbs, "They will help the human greatly." She spoke softly to the feline, about that time she watched as her eyes led her to the elven man and his human company. "Thank you." She said before standing back up with the herbs in hand. "Boy, follow me." She told him with a flick of her hand in the direction in which they were going to head. Gently she place the herbs back in her bag and began walking in Echon's and Fawns direction. She didn't want that human to worsen her condition. Normally, Akenehi would show humans the least amount of concern but this human was different, she could tell just from a glance. Traveling at a desent pace, Akenehi quickly enough caught up to the elven man and the human women. Standing a few yards away from the two of them, at this point they hadn't noticed her yet. Knowing it would be better for her to speak up instead of stand silently like a hunter after her prey, Akenehi spoke gently but clearly and confidently to the two of them. "I only wish to help." She told them before reaching into her herbal bag and pulling out the herbs that would help the human women. Puling the herbs out of the bag slow and easily, she held them out to eleven man in hopes he'd take them and be thankful for her assistance but not all elves would be so thankful for a strangers help rather not many were like that.

Muscari blinked, unsure of how to answer her question. She seemed so innocent, and so pure. 'Will she ever be able to find her parents? We don't even know her parents, and by the look of it, she doesn't know where they live...' Unsettled, Muscari shifted his weight on the horse, searching for the words to respond to her question. "Only time will tell, youngin'. Probably not, we don't know where your parents are..." 'We are taking this child away from her parents at such a young age... Her father probably died in the fire I made, and then her mother is most likely home, unaware of what is happening.' Muscari plastered a stone expression, turning his head towards Seth, searching for answers. Mouthing the words 'what do I say?', Dog seemed to be aware of the situation. The horse gave a annoyed snort, continuing to trot along the path.

Dog

Foolish humans. Never before had this bird brain dealt with a child. He is doing such a horrible job! Even the king would do a much better job than him! Setting villages on fire, capturing countless creatures, and throwing dumb parties. I still don't understand how they are still in existence. Dragons should have wiped them out long ago, but no. Right when humans were at death's doorstep, BAM! Tables turn and now humans are at full force. How does this happen? They clearly don't have a sharp mind, and they murder their own kind. Nobody knows. And after this whole event, I will be stuck in that wretched wooden box with hay with a foolish human offspring tending to me. Why haven't I ran away by now? Because these pesky humans provide the luxury to us horses. As mentioned before with the human offspring, they groom our pelts until it turns to silk. They feed us the best of the oats, and the waters that the king would drink. (If he even drinks water). If I were to escape and into the wild, I would be stuck in a very unstable condition. Beasts would be able to end me in the matter of seconds.

Luck flinched, hearing the tearing of wood behind him. He forced his gaze to stay on the lake, the fellow too afraid to turn around and see what exactly happened. After a moment of arguing with himself, Luck at last turned around to see a giant red beast who replaced where Ember just sat. "Oh my..." He began slowly, too overwhelmed by the sight. The dragon appeared to have a missing leg, her shiny red scales glistening in the provided light. The deep, and cauitoius glowing yellow eyes stood out like the spikes racing down her spine. The wings were huge, enough to lift her off the ground at any given moment. Luck felt himself become light headed, forcing himself to stay awake and keep track of the red dragon's movements. After a moment, he realized what had occured. "Ember...?" Luck called out in a distant voice, the boy feeling powerless at the moment.

She shifted in her sleep when she was picked up, instinctively curling inward towards Jace. A bit of drool left her mouth for a moment, her eyes fluttering open for a moment but they closed easily.

Anezä

Her eyes follow the hatchling as it flies into the hole before returning her gaze to the others,Dark didn't seem to like her not-so-little friend which slightly upsetted her but she ignores the feeling before looking back at Jace whom was staring at Light's face as she slept. She was becoming curious as to why but as Jace speaks up her curiosity dims back down,"well actually if you tried there might be another cave-in." She said quite seriously before watching the male shift into his dragon form and pick up Light into his talons before asking Anezä if she needed to be carried and she shook her head which actually kind of hurt before changing back into the greenish water dragoness she was before. She looks up at the hole before beginning to open her wings,she thinks about the hatchling that was probably awaiting them up in the small cave. Her gaze flickers to Jace and Light as the dragoness in his arms shifts into her dragon form and began to drool which made Anezä almost laugh. "Looks like you're gonna be covered in saliva soon,"she joked towards Jace making the situation into a sort of entertainment for herself.
