mariah listened carefully, fighting back a smile at the girl's description of zaine. which was
quite true. zaine always tried to be a tough guy. as she spoke to aris of making breakfast, a
small giggle escaped the girl's lips before she wiggled her brows at the two. "so? you girls
have any special someone's?" she questioned with a wide grin. as aris agreed, mariah
gave a small shrug. "i will eat anything." the demon declared happily.

Brooke

Brooke's face immediately turned a bright red. She glanced at Mariah and then to Aris.
"I'm single, flirty and single. But uh... Aris here... ermm..." Brooke made an explosion sound and mimicked it with her hands. She gave a still face and leaned back.
"You know, Mariah, you look a tiny little bit like Zaine. Weird."

mariah grinned mischievously at brooke. "your face says something different!" the demon
sang out before looking to aris with a happy smile. "so you have a special guy? or gal?" she
questioned excitedly. she simply gave brooke a smirk. "that's because i'm his sister." mariah
stated casually.

"So pancakes and a salad I'll get on it" Aris said as she went to leave the room but stopped at Mariah's question. "Yea I'm not really with anyone right now. I mean yea this guy and I we were all flirty and what not but the question was never asked so there was never a title put to what we were" Aris said looking at the two of them. She walked into the kitchen and saw Danielle "good morning Danielle. I love your outfit, it's so cute:

Danielle takes a sip, listening to Aris, "Aw, thank you." She
smiles, trying not to show her canines which are extended. She looks down,
"Um, any idea where Brooke is?"

Aris nodded as she took out the ingredients for a salad and pancakes. "Mhmm she is in the living room with a new girl named Mariah" she said with a smile

mariah tilted her head in curiosity, following aris into the kitchen. she saw danielle, giving
the girl a smile and a wave before looking back to aris. "well, do you want to put a title on
it?" the girl pressed before pursing her lips. "sorry if i'm being too pushy." she immediately
apologized. "that is none of my business. i'm so sorry." she apologized again, frowning.

vince was already awake, he and derek had been in the gym for a while now. deciding to
take a break, he left derek and entered the kitchen, sweaty and shirtless. he gave an
awkward grin to all of the girls in there, just casually grabbing a blood bag. "sorry. i
would've put on a shirt on if i knew you were all up." he spoke, backing out of the kitchen.

Brooke

Brooke's jaw dropped.
"Zaine has a sister?" Brooke asked, saying Zaine's name her face went even redder. She hid it under a blanket and smiled. Brooke hopped up and spun in a circle. She turned into her nymph form and waited about five seconds before changing back to her human form in a new outfit and smiled at Mariah. She was tempted to ask about Zaine as a baby but shrugged. She followed them into the kitchen but saw Danielle and gave her a snarl. She walked back out and plopped down on the couch.

Aris shrugged her shoulders at Mariah's question "I don't know there's things that we would have to work out. And it's okay that-" Aris stopped talking about Derek once Vince walked into the kitchen as she didn't want to talk bad about Derek in front of Vince. "Good morning Vince" Aris said chopping up the lettuce for the salad

derek, getting bored of being in the gym without his brother, flashed to the kitchen,
also having no idea that the girls were all up. "hey, what's takin' so lo-"the second
he entered, his entire body tensed because he was shirtless. and his back was on full
display. covered in scars, some white and faded like vince's, but others large and pink
he had multiple burn marks in his back, as well as a large 'x' covering the entire area.

mariah giggled and nodded. "mhmm! he doesn't talk about me, does he? he's just a big
baby, that's all." she mused with a small smirk. seeing brooke change nymph before
changing back into another outfit, her jaw dropped slightly. "that's so cool!"

vince gave aris a smile. "good morning." he responded before his eyes widened upon
hearing derek. whirling around, he winced slightly, knowing why derek was frozen.
"no questions, please." he whispered to everyone in the kitchen, knowing they'd be
able to see derek's back. "derek, it's okay.." he tried to assure his brother.
