She couldn't breathe, but desperately wanted to. After a moment she finally did, wiping her mouth with a paper towel... And looking over to the sketchbook.... Reaching out and grabbing it out of curiosity.

"Nnnn..." The man growled, flashing a rude gesture at Azusa and reaching to grab the back of the deer's shirt.
"Little... Going around saying... Damn..." Joel grumbled, literally dragging the smaller man away and tossing him out.
"Next time... refrain from bringing anyone." And with that, the door was slammed in his face.
He turned to face Maggie, an apologetic look across his features...
"Ahh... I really though it'd work... I'm sorry..." The man mewled, fixing his glasses awkwardly. The sketchbook that the vampire had left behind intrigued him.

He was about to protest, but the oak wood of the door was already in his face. With a shrug, the man bounded over to Ashner and took the other's arm.
"I'm soooorry... He can be a good guy... Jus' takes some digging to find that place..." The deer said pitifully, his soft ears drooping as he looked up at the vampire with big, green, doe eyes.

She groaned while holding the sketchbook, her eyes watery and er hair a mess. "Wonder what's in it...." She murmured while setting it down. But she herself drew and knew a sketchbook was like a diary... And didnt want to invade the other mans privacy. She looked up at Joel "do you have any water? not alcohol, not whiskey... Not another of your magic potions! Just water?" Maggie asked him in a raspy voice

She looked over at Rhem
"Ever had a honeysuckle?"

"Mmmm..." The man melted into a shadow and disappeared toward the kitchen. When he returned, he became visible once more, holding an almost frozen glass in his hand. "Eheh... Only tap," Joel said almost apologetically, moving toward the sketchbook. And without a second thought, flipped open the cover and began paging through the designs. Pretty impressive.

"Funny you'd say that... I work at a bar," The deer chuckled, beginning to drag Asher in the direction of the bar instead.
"You drink...? You seem mildly innocent," Azusa noted, giving the vampire's arm a squeeze.

Before she even got to the water, she leapt to her feet and grabbed the book with a hiss "NO SIR! NO SIIIR! Do NOT go through a sketchbook! EVER!" She held it away from him, downing the water with a small sense of relief on her face

But his face kind of fell when the other pointed out his height.
He was 5'6.
"Don't point it out..." Azusa whined, buring his face into the other's arm, hiding his embarrassment.
It was bad enough he was short, but he was also modeled after a doe- a female deer...
