Rue nodded. "Yeah, I guess im having a good day." He smiled and ran a hand through his hair. "So what do you mean this is the best day you've had in years?"

Rue gave a small friwm. "Yeah... Okay I'm sorry I asked." He said and sighed. He looked around the small cafe then back at Maggie. He smiled at her.

She looked down feeling bad she half lied to him "I'll tell you later if you want..." She said, smiling a little nervously.

Maggie hugged him and patted his back "it'll be alright" it put a smile on her face to be able to give someone hope like this. "When do you want to go?"

Rue softly smiled. "No, it's fine. You don't have to tell me if you don't want to." He watched as someone came over and gave them their food.

It smelled delicious. "This smells great!" She said, looking at it. She didnt want to take the first bite and also... I do want to tell you.. Just not here she told him, looking around. She took the straw from her smoothie and took a small sip, enjoying the taste.

Rue stared at the food and nodded. He smiled and grabbed his fork and started to eat his omelet. "Okay, im happy to listen to everything you've to say."

She smiled, almost taken aback by his kindness. "You seem perfect, you know." Taking a bite of her pancake. "Your the nicest person I've met."
