Background history- A Japanese/Australian history, she got a scholarship at IG. She realised her powers as a kid when she got upset at some kid for stealing her cracker at home. She was born in Australia, but moved to the US of A when she got accepted. She can speak fluent Japanese, and is always eating TimTam at any given point if she can.
Personality- Kinda weird, but in a way that you're in stitches when she cracks a prank. She can also blow up, but she can also infuriate someone to the point they tear out their hair, if she wants to. She's not THAT bad, is she?!

Personality
Jess is not an easy person to love or get to know. However, once you're her friend you are her friend for life. She is logical to a fault: if it doesn't make sense she wants nothing to do with it. Practicality is also an obsession of hers. She is pretty introverted and can be awkward around people she doesn't really know. She has a tendency to retreat into her own thoughts, making her pretty oblivious to the world around her at times. She is constantly searching for new ways of improving things or new things to learn. Jess doesn't place a lot of value on emotion, believing it leads to irrational and therefore bad decisions. Despite herself, she has a fiery temper but tries not to hurt people as she has the ambition of going into medicine. When people try to control her she tends to turn very rebellious and aggressive. Her word is her law - she holds herself accountable for everything she says and will do her best to unfailingly carry out any promises she makes.
