Thomas looked over at Livi. "16." He said plainly. No point in lying about that... "What about you?"

He looked over at Ember. She was sulking, but he didn't mind. Little kids had to learn not to be so nosy... When he broke out of here, she wouldn't be coming with him. In fact, Thomas had barely chosen his group of mischief makers. He though that Livi might be a good addition, although she kept giving him weird looks... Other than that, his prospects were low. Maybe the dorms would prove a better place for that...

Thinking of the dorms, the host had appeared. She had purple hair - Purple hair! Definitely weird! - and seemed... Tired. She didn't say much, preferring, apparently, to shove them out of sight. So much for snooping before he was noticed.

Ember-* sighed and stayed quiet she just wanted to have people to hang out with** and then she had an idea*

I smile shyly at Thomas. "Ah, same.." I chuckle, truly I looked 16, but in fact, I didn't remember how old I was, as elves age different from humans. "Perhaps we can hang out after you get all settled down?" I question Thomas. He seemed like a pretty decent, mischief-loving boy.

I glance back out the widow, seeing a few kids outside the door. I turn my attention back to the woman. "Well, I don't think you're a foster kid...so you must work here as well?.. What are you, that the full moon doesn't effect you?" I question, suddenly having a burst of confidence.

Scatty shook her head " I am not a foster kid. I've been a member of this house for almost half of my life.... I am a spider demon...it's rare to see a good one. are you an elf? wild guess. and it does effect me when I am in my big spider form and..." Scatty sneezed loudly " I am slightly allergic to it" she sneezed again and moaned sadly

Synthia perked up when she heard Howleen. She was well aware of what the hostess was and just thinking about it brought up memories of last night. She sensed some form of tension but didn't let her uneasiness show. She noticed a girl that seemed to be speaking with Livia but Thia's gaze was soon brought to the door and she walked over to it with her head bowed, refusing to look at the children. Once they entered, they couldn't leave. A rule she had not taken lightly all these years. She waited for everyone to get inside before she reached out a delicate hand and closed the grand door. She remained there for only a second longer before turning around and walking back to the little group. "Ah, uhm, Howleen, the dormitories are in... welcoming condition, yes?" She scanned the faces of everyone as she spoke. "Is there anything you'd like me to do?"

I smile shyly, and politely say "Well miss, if you can keep a secret- then maybe I am an elf." I wink slyly, yawning. "You should probably go upstairs and make sure noones killing each other" I joke, unaware that there truly was killings going on. I turn inwards to the wall, curling into a ball, and drift into a dreamless sleep.

I pick up on the odd tone of voice Synthia used. "Miss, is there anything we should be wary about?..."

Niko listened with interest to the conversation down the hall. He was still steamed from his conversation with Salena, even though that had been hours ago. Why won't my eye stop smoking. He leaned against the badly scratched door. I want to go meet the new kids. Prey. I mean prey. He gave himself a little nod of affirmation. they are all my prey. He smiled, and his eye stopped smoking.

Addiliyn looked at her feet and panted, trying to remember what had happened last night. She could have sworn someone sided last night. Oh god. Peyton died. We're all dead soon. We are going to die. She looked over. The glass of the window had been replaced, Probably by some servant. She thought. The blood's been mopped up too. But i'll talk to the others. They'll confirm it. I know they will. Getting up, she looked around. "Guys?" She called out tentatively.

Grey put his hand in the door just before it was about to close. Slowly opening it, he raised an eyebrow at all of the *ahem* interesting furniture. Crossing his arms and therefore creating a barrier between himself and all of the others, he cocked his head and decided to interrupt everyone's conversation. "Hello?" He said with a hint of a pinch in his voice. "I just arrived. And it looks like they did too?" He looked around at the other kids. He held out a hand, though he wasn't quite sure who it was for. "I'm Grey. And you guys are?"
