Description: Though he isn't interested in building muscle, Takumi is inexplicably and hardly, though distinctly toned nonetheless. His choppy, artificial (dyed) sea foam green hair cascades in a mildly wild mop of curls across his forehead. His eyes are as clear as water, while maintaining a vastness like the sky. Takumi's voice is soft with a frigid edge, though his aloof tone is often misinterpreted.

His slightly broad shoulders are often relaxed, his expression generally passive and masked. A gray beanie is tugged snuggly over his curls. He wears a black vest decked out in band patches and a yellow tie. A spiked choker is clasped - tightly, but not tight enough to harm him - firmly against his throat.

Power: Takumi can predict the future and shapeshift into aquatic creatures; however, he can only do this at high tide. You also have to be able to hold onto him during his transformations. Although, he will make exceptions if he takes a liking to and/or feels sympathy for the seeker.
