overview:
basically, the company hirobutsu are
a bunch of vampires, but very few
people know. hirobutsu built a city
and a bunch of supporters moved in,
only to be used as bloodbanks for the
vampires. nearly 10 years after it all
began, people are noticing and are
rebelling against hirobutsu, and people
who openly support the rebellion/and
are in it simple "disappear".

On November 14, ten years after over ten thousand people moved into the city of
Hashino, a large city owned by a widely known company. This company, Hirobutsu,
allowed everyone, from crafters to business men and women. Everyone was given
a bracelet with the company's logo on it, and they weren't allowed to take it off.
The had been registered as soon as they entered the gates - or more so, the walls.
No one thought anything of it. No one suspected a thing. Until about ten years later
when, all of a sudden, people questioned why they had to get blood drawn twice a
week. Everyone was told they must do it to ensure there were no diseases going
around, and taking blood samples was the quickest way. Until the day when someone
decided to ask "why?" and "where does all the blood go?"
The company didn't know how to answer, and thus the man disappeared. Following
him, many people were gone over night. All they did was question why they did it, and
yet they were gone. Either dead or banished from the city.
Everything escalated quickly. People disappeared left and right, only to be replaced
by people who were overly excited about getting the chance to finally be in the city.
The residents of Hashino wondered why they never saw the company owner, or anyone
from the company, that is. The doctors all claimed they knew nothing about the
company, and that they were from the outside. Months into the start of the rebellion,
and secret meetings were held. Guards became worried. The entire city lived in fear.
Still, hope and desperation drove them on. They're risking everything to get out.

Tanoura: the business district
anyone who has a job at an office, as well as any family that lives with them, lives in this district.
it is filled with the most skyscrapers and a few places to eat, though most of the buildings are
apartments and tall buildings that business people work in. it is relatively clean, though housing is
small.

Nataka: the medical district
this is where all of the doctors, nurses, vets live and work. it is next to tanoura, and even cleaner
than that district. the houses are usually one story flats, though occasionally there are two-stories
on the outskirts. again, there aren't many eating places and it's mostly small houses with buildings
like hospitals, doctor's offices, and science buildings.

Sakihari: the shopping district
there aren't many homes here, and its right in the center of the entire city. most of the eating
places are here, and it is accessible by bike or the occasional train. any homes here are on the outskirts,
or the shop owners live in small houses above their shops. there are lots of lights and always seems
to have a few pieces of trash here and there. that's inevitable, considering many people go through it
everyday.

Okachi: the education district
there are four schools in this district. two are high schools, one is a grade school, and another is a
junior high. all students from the city attend this school, though the city does not say all eighteen
years old and down have to attend. it is there, just in case. teachers live in the area with their
families, but otherwise, not many people live there. for the most part, it's a quiet part of town
with little activity and a few coffee shops here and there.

Kogota: the industrial district
kogota is where most of the factories are. hardly anyone lives in the area, as it always smells. it is
closest to one side of the wall and is often dirty. the only houses there are where workers rest
between shifts at the factories.

Kochiya: the housing district
by far the biggest district. it is filled with any type of home, and it's where most people living in
hashino live. there are a few parks and lots of space to run around. there are a few corner stores.

Kokuei: the nobles' district
this is where all the employees of hirobutsu live. not many humans live here, and if they do, they
don't really "live" there. they're treated well, but often die from blood loss... for obvious reasons.

Warabi: the slums
although hirobutsu didn't intend on having this as a district, it became a thing. it's the sketchiest
place in hashino and is also the dirtiest. this is where most of the muggings happen. it is set between
kochiya and kogota. many residents of warabi work in kogota.

blood donations are drawn
at the hospitals, and the city
mostly functions like a regular
city. nearly every house has
a resident, and jobs are pretty
easy to find. school is not
mandatory and anyone who
does not have a job either
lives in the slums or lives with
the nobles. the currency is
little, special pieces of paper
called coupons. there aren't
many movie stars or singers
from the city, though music
is available and there are
several movie theaters. no
one really goes to them.
announcements are broad
casted over the entire city
through speakers, and guards
patrol the major parts of the
city. nobles are hardly ever
seen by normal residents.
residents may get special
items for their family, but
they must live at the a
noble's home and be their
personal blood donator.

personality ; unlike vampires, he is soft-spoken and not-so-flamboyant. his
eyes often hold an icy glare that ward off most people, but it's only out of protection for
himself. as selfish as that seems, he would risk his life to save another and has a handful of
times. on the other hand, he can hold a grudge to his grave, depending on how bad it was.
despite his first impression, he is generally cool tempered and can hold a conversation with
someone, he would just rather not. really, he's awkward and stumbles over his words a lot.
history ; at a young age, he was almost killed in an accident. when hirobutsu
was still small, they saved his life - by turning him into a vampire. from there, he was convinced
to join their company. he has been with them ever since, and it's been about twenty years.
seeing as he doesn't age, he stayed about sixteen. he hasn't seen his family since before the
accident, and isn't allowed to visit them. he currently lives in kokuei, and hates being a vampire.
likes ; oddly enough, he enjoys dancing and singing like a massive dork. reading is another
big 'yes please' for seiji, as well as tea and cats.
dislikes ; basically anyone who threatens another's life for no reason. also,

personality: Hana is a adventurous and brave individual always heading out of the district without telling anyone to find medicinal herbs outside which is risk-taking since people would find out her real species. She is not afraid to go up against anybody who disagrees with her and protect those in need. She is a little bit of a tomboy since she doesn't do what most girls usually do in the village like helping around the house like a housewife, Hana prefers to be outside in the wild or helping others who are sick or injured she likes the satisfaction it gives her. When things get too stressful in the district with work she runs off for a bit without telling anyone and tends to go all rogue. Although she has suppress her real nature as a half human and half vampire and prevent herself from going berserk as her eyes flash red when angry.

all about her: As a child born to a human mother and vampire father she was hidden away before anyone found out that she was half half, townspeople from Nataka found her in the Warabi district and took her in immediately, they never even suspected she was a vampire. As she grew older she was taught all about herbs and medicine and soon enough became old enough to begin working in a hospital. Although this became a problem since she began showing the first signs of being half vampire, blood triggered her and she needed to feed. But as time passed on she was able to control her hunger, but she still lives in fear of being found out.
