the young vampire turned his head enough to face tatsu as he spoke to her, his voice barely loud enough for even the other vampires to hear. "you know, if you want to use me as a pillow, all you have to do is ask tatsu. i don't bite...much." he said to her softly before turning his attention back to ryuu and nori. when he saw the other elite about to do something he knew he would have to deal with in the long run, he spoke up. "icyruu, why don't you and shishi figure out what our two classes are for the night? that way the two of you can discuss your inability to take up for the wannabe lovely lady." he said nonchalantly, though his gaze said a lot and enough that he wouldn't be taking no for an answer, even if he had to set the idiot on fire from here. maybe make him bald? that would be an interesting look for ryuu in his opinion.

norioh, no. what had he done. masanori knew that the moment those words escaped his lips, he had ticked off more than just one of the vampires. he was, of course, more concerned about upsetting tatsu, but it appeared to him that he had bigger problems from the two dominant males in the room. light blue eyes widening in alarm, nori took a small step back and held his hands out in front of him as if trying to keep two dogs from pouncing on him. at the moment, the periwinkle-haired male's attentions were focused on ryuu since most of the hatred he received seemed to come from the icy male. "r-right, it was completely my bad, er, lord masato... i swear it was an accident." he spoke the truth, and his wide eyes were incapable of hiding lies. he just wanted a way out of the situation. weren't they going on a little tour soon? hopefully that would allow the boy some freedom from the vampires' scrutinizing gazes.

gemiryuu's sudden gentleness towards shigemi caught her off guard. she hadn't expected to see such a side from the young man, and until he placed his arm around her, she was under the impression that he was merely mocking their engagement, something she would've joined in on. instead, her cheeks reddened slightly at the proximity, and ryuu was basically asking to meet her knuckles. still, she wouldn't loose her composure so soon in front of the newcomers, so instead, she pushed ryuu away and edged a bit away from him. the redhead shot him a warning glance as if to say that just because he was her fiance, and she his, did not mean that it was invitation to act all buddy-buddy with her. the thing with shigemi was that she was fine with approaching anyone, but others approaching her caused her show just how tsundere she could be.

gemiquick to change attitudes, shigemi whistled loudly and said, "aw, look there, tatsu! you've caused the little fellow to blush pretty hard, or is that from you two giving him a little too much attention?" she said airily, cocking an eyebrow at jupiter and ryuu. "poor thing. that's probably the most he's ever been noticed." she tapped her chin with a manicured nail and gave masanori a look full of fake pity. hearing jupiter direct words at both her and ryuu, she blinked once before shaking a fist at the blond, snapping, "well, lord isana, isn't that a little bit irresponsible of you? and please, do i look like i'd even remember my own schedule?" she scoffed, sniffing indignantly. school was the least of her priorities, and the time she did spend in class was used to try and mess with the others. "wannabe..." she snorted under her breath, all the while giving reisi a hard glare. sometimes, she wondered if he actually wanted to have a fight with her. she would never turn down a challenge, and especially not one from reirei.

Tsuji stuck his hands a little deeper into his coat pockets and leaned his head back,gazing up at the already familiar carvings in the ceiling of the school. He had been attending this academy for as long as he could remember,and he was sure that if he really wanted to,he could find his way through the school blindfolded.

Tsuji was heading towards the common room,where he knew most of his fellow students would already be. As he rounded the corner and came across the doorway to the commons,he took a moment to shake his bangs out of his face and wipe a bit of lingering snow off of his school uniform and opened the door,pausing a moment before speaking so he could survey the room.

"So,did anyone miss me?"

Miyata had officially decided that there was nothing in the world that she hated more than snow. As she stumbled into the lobby of the school,she cursed herself for not wearing something a little more practical and the school for having such a flimsy uniform required for class.
Besides,she thought to herself,what kind of school starts at 8pm anyway? This academy was already turning out to be a disaster and she'd only actually been inside the school for less than a minute.

Miyata began to investigate the dark halls,doing her best to get the excess snow out of her as she did so,when she spotted a figure out of the corner of her eye. Peering closer,she realized that it was a guy about her age. Perhaps he knew something useful about this place.

"Er,excuse me,but do you know where the common rooms are?"

glaring daggers at the masanori boy, masato sighed and turned back to isana with the same angery look in his eyes. "why dont you shut your face, you bi-polar pain in the ass," she snapped in a harsh tone that was unusual even for him. when he spotted tatsu leaning on jupiter he was even more angry but left it alone; for now. looking at his now annoyed fiance he nodded and walked towards her, but before he reached her he turned to isana again with a hateful look. "why dont you leave lady shigemi alone for once, and pay attention to the person obviously wanting it more than her," he said, meaning his sister. meeting tatsu's eyes he gave her a loving nod and turned to stand by shigemi's left side. "why dont we leave them be for now my lady. i would like to have a word with you anyway," he said, fiddling with something inside his pocket.

feeling her brother's rage build up she because worried, but knew she couldnt do anything about it. hearing a husky voice in her ear she relaxed a little and listened to lord isana. she felt a little flustered at his comment, but stayed calm and unchanged. "well i would expect nothing less of you my lord," she started and leaned closer to his face. "and the biting, i dont mind," she whispered so no one else could hear her. looking at masanori who now looked scared pants-less. she took note of her brother's loving nod and smiled at him, placing her hands on isana's at the same time. with a glance to the human boy she said, "hey, masanori right? wanna go up to the rooms?"

no, he was not use to any of ryuu behavior, who was this impostor and what had he done with the ryuu he knew? he'd never told him to leave shigemi alone before and he just watched the other elite with narrowed eyes. what the hell was going on and why hadn't he been informed first? jupiter was not keen on surprises and it showed when it came to surprises, he hated them with a passion and then the things that liked to sneak up on you, he hated those two. "ugh, get lost you dweeb. you're acting like a love sick puppy around shishi." he shot back in response. it was then he heard tatsu and his eyes widened slightly. he was not expecting such a response from her and that had caused his stoic expression to fall and show just how caught off guard he was. when she spoke to nori, he frowned and took her hand in his. jupiter wasn't too fond of letting her lead these newbies to their dorms, espeicially this masanori person.

Shisui Kuran walked into the room, unsure of what she should do next. She started humming the words to one of the songs her mother had sung to her before the horrid fate had reached them. Shisui took a breath, and started to mumble the words a bit,

When Shisui finished, she felt a little better, and started to walk by the other students. Twisting the ring on her finger, she went to talk to one of the new students, her light blue eyes holding a shy aura as she remembered what happened to her parents and how she got to hate most people on earth.

Dark was wandering the halls, not much for parties, in his normal outfit. He stopped when a girl walked up to him, as used his shadow powers to form himself wings, ready to fly off from the crowded building. When he heard a voice, the black wings disinegraded into the darkness, as she asked, "Er,excuse me,but do you know where the common rooms are?" Dark sighed, then told the girl, "Follow me, you may want to brace yourself for the strangeness."

noriit seemed that ryuu wasn't done with him. masanori noticeably flinched at the dominant male's words. he hadn't expected his first day at the academy to be so rough, and he certainly didn't mean to make enemies with anyone. in fact, nori was more of the peacekeeping type, making sure that his friends didn't fight among themselves. now, though, he needed someone to be his peacekeeper instead. lord isana, shigemi, maybe even the ginger and tatsu... they were all on ryuu's side weren't they? the thought that he might have zero percent chance of making a single friend weighed heavily on him, but he wasn't ready to give up yet. when his younger siblings decided to argue with him back at home, he found it easiest to deal with them by remaining silent and ignoring them. this time, nori kept his mouth shut, not wanting to offer another bone for ryuu to chase after. hearing that tatsu had talked to him once more, he blinked his light blue eyes over in her direction before nodding swiftly and saying, "if you wouldn't mind... lady tatsu. i'd appreciate it. this academy is much larger than i'm used to, and i'd definitely get lost later without being familiar with the place. but, i mean, if you're busy, um, talking to everyone else, it's alright. i can show myself around. maybe peter will accompany me then?" he said in a more hopeful tone, flicking his gaze across to the ginger.

gemishigemi was thoroughly enjoying herself, watching ryuu bash on the poor boy nori some more. if he didn't seem so weak and pathetic, she might have risen up to his defense, but he did nothing to interest the redhead, so therefore, he was like an old toy to her. seeing a familiar face enter the common room from outside, gemi offered a friendly wave and grin to tsuji. she replied and gave a cheeky wink, "hey, there, tsuji. not sure if i'd call it missing you directly, but i've missed messing with you, honey." amused with thinking of all the fun things she could do to get on the boy's nerves this year, she nearly missed ryuu jumping to her defense against jupiter. it was rather late and unneeded at this point, but it still caught the young woman off-guard, causing her to blink her jade green eyes at him in shock.

gemirecovering from her surprise, shigemi slapped ryuu lightly on the arm, exclaiming indignantly, "stu-pid! i don't need your help, idiot! besides, it's way too late for you to be my knight in shining armor. i am the princess and the knight." she huffed and crossed her arms over her chest. casting her gaze over at jupiter at the sound of his voice, she snickered lightly. "hm, wanna take back all those mean things you said to me before, reirei? clearly none of it was right." out of the corner of her eyes, she trialed ryuu moving to her other side. turning to listen to what he had to say, she tilted her head lightly and arched an eyebrow in question. after a moment of thought, she shrugged lightly and responded with, "i suppose i need to give reirei some time to think of a worthy comeback, so why not?"

gemitaking the lead, the scarlet-haired girl headed into one of the quieter hallways where they were not likely to be disturbed. gemi turned on her heel and faced the taller male, eyeing him curiously. "ryuu, just to be clear with things, this little engagement our parents set up doesn't change anything between us. it's just to make them happy. you don't have to act nice to me or anything like that. that'll be sure to tip someone off that something is between us, and that's the last thing i want," she pointed out, not allowing her fiance to speak first. once she had finished the spiel that had been on her mind since hearing the news, she submissively nodded her head at him, indicating in a way that he now had permission to speak.

the young elite sighed heavily and rubbed the back of his neck, looking back at tatsu he gave her a stern look and followed his scary, but adorable fiance as she walked away from the group. when the fire haired girl started to lecture him about not having to be friendly to her he frowned and looked at the ground. he problem was that he did actually care about her; part of him wanted to fall in love with this scary dragon lady, but the other part was scared of what would happen. god, gemi, you are a little clueless arent you? he said to himself and stopped a few feet behind her, fiddling with the object in his pocket. "im not forcing myself to do anything my lady. you know as well as anyone that i do not do things in a fake manner. i am as bluntly honest as it can get," he said looking down at the short girl.

smiling warmly at jupiter her cheeks grew hot and she started to look away but couldnt. masanori's voice broke her from the chant and she smiled at him with a loving smile. "no, not at all. i would love to show you guys around. hey. lord isana, will you join us? for me, please," she said smiling up at the man who now held her hand. moving out of his grip she stood in front of the male, still holding onto his hand. "come on, it will be fun isana. its a good way to get things done and spend time with each other." looking at peter and masanori she gave them a soft smile and then gazed back, hopefully.

the young vampire listened as the human boy spoke again, speaking to tatsu over having the girl show him around. the elite's eyes narrowed at the mention of the other boy who had fell into his lap. was tatsu really agreeing to all this and wanting him to come with her? if he upset her he was bound to hear from ryuu later and honestly, he wasn't sure what to think of his friend at the moment. he wasn't acting like he had the last time he had seen him but then again, that was a while ago. jupiter was suspicious as it was so he decided to try and possibly bring it up with tatsu while she helped the two students he did not like. he watched the girl get up and after asking him to join them. at first he was about to object but she spoke again. closing is mouth for a moment to refrain from speaking, he thought about it for a second time. "i suppose i will join you lady tatsu." he said with a sigh before he got up and stood beside her. he looked from peter to nori, his gaze cold. if the two tried anything, he'd be on them before they could blink.

norimasanori was quite glad when ryuu left the room. he suddenly felt that blood was pumping through his veins once more. he hadn't realized just how much the white-haired male's presence affected the room temperature. he was glad to be making a little bit of progress, though. school was for schoolwork, not playing around... for the most part at least. he had to know his way around in order to actually get to classes and such. he gave tatsu a little nod of thanks for showing them around but panicked a bit when isana was invited to tag along. he didn't exactly want to be left along with those two since they were clearly on good terms with one another. he, on the other hand, was an outsider, so he had to find another outsider to keep him company. turning swiftly to peter, nori asked, "peter, you'll come, too, won't you? since we're both new, you know..." he offered the ginger a lopsided smile, something that fit masanori quite well.

gemishigemi listened to what her fiance had to say through narrowed green eyes, glinting shards of jade. she let out a small sigh knowing that he did speak the truth. "well, i guess that's what makes you so," she couldn't find an appropriate word to fill the blank, so she gestured a hand loosely at the taller male, "you. it was rather strange of you to take my side instead of reisi's, though. i don't suppose you'd care to explain..." the redhead considered asking how he felt about the engagement overall since she'd forgotten to ask about his opinion so far, but he looked as if he had something more to say. her shoulders drooping a bit as she relaxed, gemi sighed once more before asking in about the calmest voice possible from the fiery girl, "so? you wanted to talk and whatnot? i'm listening. for now." she added cheekily. she had never good at serious conversations, part of the reason why her older sister was the favorite.
