Haven was unsure of what to do. For a short while, he thought. Fielo was probably still at home and ill... Haven looked around and decided to hop down from the tree. From then, his eyes twinkled as they caught sight of a large fish in the distance, flopping around in the water, its many tiny scales twinkling in the near-sunset. Haven laid by the tree, resting his face on his reddish paws and watching the water shimmer and shake. He wondered if Savannah had anything to say, or if she wanted him to leave... He was uncertain.

Savannah watched Haven and then her eyes found themselves looking at the sky. She smiled and then mentally traced the constellations.

Haven glanced up at the smiling Savannah. He blinked and turned back down to see the grass. He noticed how the constellations and grass began to fade into similar colors, and the only thing to separate them was everything else. He tilted his head, comparing the water and the grass. The fur on his back tickled as wind brushed over his pelt. It was cool, but felt nice. It felt like the wind was trying to calm him down and guide his way. In the next moment, he fell asleep in the gentle blades of grass that tickled his nose, dreaming upon the wind that lifted his spirit.

Savnnah rolled over to her side again bored. She started picking at the tree's bark peeling it off.

Haven twitched awake, startled. He then remembered that he fell asleep by the tree and his fur began to rest. He felt tired and worn. He kind of wanted to go home and then come back as a human, but also didn't want to come back. Then he realized that the homework from today wouldn't have been given to him. He sighed and looked up at where Savannah was. His eyes twinkled for a short time before they rested upon the moon which was slowly rising in the corner of his eye. Haven stood up and ran toward an area full of trees that looked, from above, like a miniature forest.

Savannah watched Have run off and she sighed. "Wonder what he is doing." She muttered and then stopped peeling at the tree.

[Safe_Haven]

Haven slipped gently through the trees, exploring the scents that surrounded him. Wonder filled the group of trees as he adventured through the small forest. His black tail hopped in surprise. A spider swung off a tree and onto his fur. Wind was pushing it. Haven let the small creature gently crawl onto his nose. He then let it crawl off onto the grass. He crawled into a rabbit hole and looked around in amazement. It was huge! One rabbit couldn't live here-- It had to be at least three to have created a burrow so large. Haven smelled fox. He blinked and backed away, bumping into something in front of the entrance. Startled, Haven yelped so loudly that it was probable that even Savannah could hear him if she had good ears.

Savannah looks around nervously when she heard a yelp. "What was that?" She wondered and looked around.

Haven turned around nervously, laying on the ground in fear. He pulled his ears back and shrunk when he saw a funny-looking fox kit staring down at him. He held back a laugh and shut his eyes.

A snarl began to awaken in his throat. He saw amusement on the fox's face. The strange fox stepped over Haven, staring angrily at him. "What are you doing in my den?" A voice came.

A voice? Is this a shapeshifter? How could he possibly have the ability to speak in this form? Haven looked up at him, curled up on the ground. He blinked and stood, giving the fox a look of apology. He then ran away, toward the tree where Savannah was staying.

The fox began to chase Haven. 'What's his deal?' He thought and dashed after him. The fox was faster than Haven, but actually slowed down to keep behind him, watching where he was going. He saw a girl in a tree. He stood and watched in silence.

Savnnah looked down at Haven confused, "What, something out there?" She asked him and then saw a bit of a distance away another fox. "Friends? Fiends? Who is that?" She asked but stayed in the tree.
